I loved everything about this hotel. Check in was easy. The host was very friendly. He checked on us when they seen us in the lobby. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. I would definitely book here again
Very clean an staff was very nice I would go back and stay again and I will tell friends an family about this place and will recommend people to visit there
Stayed for 1 night as a stopover. Arrived at 1am and service was fantastic at check-in. Lady was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor area which was a shame as it looked inviting. Travelled with 2 young kids.
We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

I was charged $262 for a simple standard room, the pool was closed and had to walk to another hotel just to swim. I woke up this morning to be charged $40 more overnight and after I checked out, my credit card was declined for $200, then $150, then $100, and then $50 by courtyard. Thank God I moved my money after the additional $40 this morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and think I deserve a refund.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.
GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely situated in Fondren, a nice neighbourhood in north Jackson. The suite was nicely appointed, though our shampoo dispenser was empty. The gym is fantastic. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was adequate, though complimentary.
GGuest UserService was fine. Thought we booked a room at a ****** instead we got a family hotel. Looking for a romantic holiday instead I got kids running up and down the hall, loud music being played outside, and generally a lot of noise.
We got a handicap room though we’re not handicapped. The bed was uncomfortable and no blanket on the bed. The a/c blew in our faces all night and both of us woke up with sniffles.
We used no part of the facilities. We went next door to ****** and went to dinner at an outside restaurant.
Left early the next morning and ate breakfast elsewhere.
Overall a very bad experience!
NNapoleon GalangWe booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!
GGuest UserWow! We stumbled across this place at last minute as our first choice was booked out - how fortunate it turned out to be! Check-in staff - incredibly welcoming and helpful; room - extremely well presented (newly renovated); location - perfect! Directly across the road to the beach; breakfast - it would have to be the best we’ve had in a very long time. So many options, all top quality. Oh, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a tasty treat. Definitely recommend this place.
DDj FurlaniThe hotel was enjoyable and the slot play but the card tables are only for the house they do not shuffle or cut cards before they put them in the shuffling machine so I like to play cards so I went to the ****** next door in the parking lot and played cards because they shuffle and cut the cards as they should and fives better odds for the player so I would suggest to only play slots no table games but the hotel it's self was very good and the restaurants

AAprilGreat experience! Will definitely stay here again. Hotel was nice and clean. The drink and snack hour was amazing each evening, breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and the Manager, Brad, went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy, talked to everyone, cleaned tables and anything else that needed doing.

GGuest UserThe check in was fast, room was clean, quiet, loved the bed. The buffet wasn't open and the grill was really busy and that was the only place to eat inside Hollywood ******. There was no frozen drinks because of no shaved ice, wish we were told about that before we booked room. I was wanting to gamble and drink. But other than the 2 things it was Good.
