Excellent staff, from Charl. (hope i got name correct) at Reservations, to the people at reception, Housekeeping, and the team at the dining/breakfast area. Also, the food was really good value and tasty. Please dont slip up on any of these!!

It is very close to the airport, only a few hundred meters away, and it takes a few minutes to drive there. The independent courtyard is safer. The room itself is quite warm, with complete hardware and software, and drinking water, milk and snacks are also prepared. The price is cheap, and it is more suitable for a transit overnight.

On arrival I was allocated a wrong room and I had to go down to the reception for exchange.
The telephone in the room was not working but keep on making noise.
The TV was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the reception for assistance.
The assistance came an hour later after making another call.
He tried unsuccessfully to fix it.

Great apartments. Clean, comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Very polite and hospitality hosts. In the refrigerator there was yoghurt, milk, water. There is tea, coffee, sugar and mushrooms. Everything was very nice. I recommend.

DDONGHUASelf-driving Garden Avenue, depending on the positioning of the hotel. The location is good, go down a bit at N2. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the hotel looks better than the pictures. I booked a family room, but it turned out to have three beds and a small garden with the side door open. The room is very spacious. The decoration of the hotel is very retro, and breakfast is generally a buffet. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high. It’s also great to go around. The location is good. Highly recommend the restaurant next to the hotel, the lamb shank is super delicious!

PPAUL CHEUKSuper super nice hostel, with amazing services and facilities!!! The staff there provided great and helpful tips and assistance on the planning of exploring the city, and the bar next to the campfire is another level. The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and comfy too. Staying at the 14-mixed bedroom but the bathrooms and beds are really clean. Glad to stay at Tube n Axe and would definitely go back again!!

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I wish I could it a 5 for cleanliness but below my bed was a bit dirty and i hope they can check below the bed. Blanket a bit dirty too. Otherwise this hotel is underrated. I loved the whole setting and volllage and restaurant and service.

IIgnacioThe accomodation is really convenient to explore Port Elisabeth, as it is close to the city center and yet the area feels safer (which is something to be considered in South Africa). The room is spacious and spotless, and even has a kitchen.
