"This hostel exceeded my expectations. It's located in the small town of Bad Goisern, conveniently situated about a 5-minute walk from the Bad Mitte bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets nearby. Restaurants in town generally close early, so be mindful of the time, but there's a Turkish kebab shop about a 1-minute walk from the hostel that serves large, delicious portions and stays open late – a great option if you need it. Check-in at the hostel is simple and takes place on the second floor. Before you check in, the elderly owner will explain the transportation and attractions in the lake district. There's one private bathroom, a communal kitchen/lounge area, and another larger bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The room had heating, so it wasn't cold. The common area provides a shoe dryer, which is incredibly useful during the rainy season in the lake district. All the fellow travelers I met were lovely; we could arrange to explore together and chat. I was very satisfied with this solo trip to Austria.☺️"

"Everything was clean and very well-equipped; we really enjoyed our stay. There was even a bath set, scented candle, two welcome chocolates, a small moisturizing spray, and makeup towels—all included. The shower with its adjustable lighting was a real highlight. 😄 All the staff responded to our questions and requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. 👍 Two minor issues were noted immediately so they could be addressed promptly. Breakfast was plentiful, and we could order additional items such as avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and soft-boiled eggs (at no extra charge). Any items that ran low were replenished upon request. Sitting outside under the awning was very pleasant in the summer heat. The location is also fantastic, right in town, yet with hardly any traffic noise. You can reach Lake Mondsee in just a few minutes. A private garage is available and very well-designed, although the parking spaces could be a bit wider and longer. The price/performance ratio was good for us; we even seem to have saved some money through the booking service. However, the outstanding tourist tax, which has to be paid at check-out, could have been mentioned somewhere beforehand. All in all, a top hotel for a relaxing holiday. 😎"

"Love the cleaniness of the hotel, room and surroundings. Easy self check in and check out kiosk. Theres a petrol kiosk oppsite hotel, burger king. Theres also a food kiosk at the lobby. Many parking spaces around hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden."
