"The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi."

No refrige. The room is cozy and small, but was fine for one person. I heard some sounds from the trains, but was not loud. Overall, it was a good value for money!"

It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the train station. There is only a small supermarket that closes at 8 o'clock. The bathroom glass door is see-through and doesn’t provide enough privacy! I found the bottle empty when I took a shower on the first night, and it wasn't replenished until the second day!"

"We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box. And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant. Will definitely come back again."

"Price was acceptable at the time I was deciding whether to stay near the airport or not. I was not disappointed given the comfy room and free hotel airport shuttle ( shared with Holiday Inn EXPRESS next door and further up Holiday Inn, ....). It was raining in the morning when we were waiting for our big bus. As the bus did not turn right in front of Adagio or HI Express, we braced the winter rain to queue up with many people to board the big bus."

Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked in the room despite clear non-smoking signs. The smell is faint but persistent—seeped into curtains or upholstery. Opening the window helps only so much. For non-smokers, this gets old fast. I genuinely appreciate the space and kitchen, and the car-friendly location is a win. But management needs to deep-clean rooms that violators have used. Five days here means that stale smoke becomes part of your routine, and not in a good way."

"First, a clean place, the location really is central. They help you if you want anything from the reception. You can leave a washroom and a bag. I haven't had any trouble with the lift. It's not a place like the hotel, it's like home. In hot air rooms are really very hot, especially in the upper floors there are no air conditioning, nor windows are opened, perhaps you can open as a finger. I had a lot of trouble in hot airs while I was in the room, I couldn't sleep from the heat. There was a small fan but it was never enough. I never recommend it, especially in hot airs."

"As a hostel, it is already very good, the location is very good, the price is much cheaper than the hotel, there is a public kitchen on the first floor (all kinds of tableware are complete), you can cook by yourself. The young lady at the front desk is also very nice. But some facilities may be a little problem over time. For example, the washbasin is a bit clogged, and one day within a week, the hot water system for a bath breaks down, and only cold water can flow out. But as a youth hostel, it doesn't hurt."

Checked into Sleep & Go Brussels South. The room is spacious, and the small kitchen (fridge, hob, sink) is a genuine bonus. Perfect for a longer stay. Location works brilliantly when you're driving. Easy access off the ring road, free parking, and central Brussels is still close. For a road trip base, this is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked in the room despite clear non-smoking signs. The smell is faint but persistent—seeped into curtains or upholstery. Opening the window helps only so much. For non-smokers, this gets old fast. I genuinely appreciate the space and kitchen, and the car-friendly location is a win. But management needs to deep-clean rooms that violators have used. Five days here means that stale smoke becomes part of your routine, and not in a good way.

We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions.
