This room is an incredible value! ! ! First of all, the environment is very, very good. Then the view outside the window is perfect. The room is also very clean. The whole system is Xiaomi. It is so refreshing to have a cup of iced coffee in the morning. Although I didn't see the sunrise in the morning due to the weather, the view outside the window is absolutely amazing. The landlord is very nice. It was also very nice and considerate. I provided a guide to Dongshan Island. I originally planned to stay for only one night, but because it was so comfortable, I temporarily refunded the ticket and rebooked for another night. The location is near the double-sided sea, at the bottom of the community building, and the supporting facilities are complete. It is also easy to rent a car. In Tingzhou we had the great privilege of staying in a heritage building converted into a BnB, and this building has an even crazier story - it was the imperial stage-post of Tingzhou, dating back to the reign of Emperor Chenghua of Ming (late 1400s). In the Yuan Dynasty, the Mongolian empire was so massive that it became necessary to develop what was likely the most efficient postal system the world had ever seen up till then. In the following Ming Dynasty, China inherited and refined the imperial postal system so that there was an abundance of stage-posts in the empire to provide lodging for couriers delivering imperial edicts, and traveling officials. If you think it’s expensive to stay in such a gorgeous and unique building, think again. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and value for money of this place, as well as the friendliness of the staffs.

Because we are both old and young, we booked a room with two bedrooms and one living room. Although it is a B&B, it is great in every aspect. What you see in the room is what you get, no cheating😬😬 The boss's service is very good, and messages will be answered in seconds. Will help us take our luggage upstairs. I rented an electric car with the boss downstairs. After checking in, you will also receive a very practical guide to food, drink and entertainment in the ancient city. We booked an outdoor balcony room on the 3rd floor. The staff took the initiative to help with the luggage, which was very considerate. The room facilities are beyond imagination, with a 100-inch VIP projector, so you can enjoy a private cinema-level viewing experience just by lying on the bed at night; the small refrigerator can keep drinks cool at any time, and the disposable toilet seat is clean and hygienic. 我們一家七口上週在長汀玩，住的這家民宿真的太絕了！必須好好誇一誇！ 先説位置，簡直不要太方便！就在古城正中心，去哪都近得很。我們房間窗户一打開就能看到三元閣，晚上亮燈的時候特別美，都不用特意跑出去看夜景。對面就是長汀博物館，走路兩三分鐘就到卧龍書院，帶長者小孩出門玩完全不費勁。我爸媽每天逛累了隨時可以回來休息，特別適合家庭出遊。 房間真的驚艷到我們了！一進門就聞到淡淡的香味，特別舒服。洗浴用品居然都是大牌的，我媽看到後特別驚喜，説比她在家用的還好。拖鞋超級軟，踩上去跟踩在棉花上似的，我女兒非要買一雙回家哈哈。 最厲害的是全屋都是智能的！開關燈、拉窗簾、調空調，動動嘴就行了。我爸一開始還不信，試了之後天天”小度小度”的叫，跟個孩子似的。電視可以直接手機投屏，晚上我們一家人窩在一起看電影，特別温馨。 我們訂了兩個房間，一個大床房（他家的大床房都是兩米的大床，真是超級贊），一個帶按摩椅的雙床房。按摩椅那個房間真的要重點推薦！逛一天古城回來，往按摩椅上一躺，整個人都活過來了。關鍵是隨便按多少次都不收費，我老公按上癮了，每天都要按個兩三回。 老闆人特別好，還沒到就給我們發了好多攻略。告訴我們哪家店的芋子餃最正宗，哪家的泡豬腰最好吃，跟着吃了一圈都沒踩雷。還幫我們叫車，告訴我們怎麼買票最划算，真的像朋友一樣貼心。 衞生也做得特別乾淨，床品都是香香的。每天回來看到房間收拾得整整齊齊的，心情特別好。我婆婆有潔癖的人都説這家真的很不錯。 價格我覺得挺合理的，比住酒店划算多了。關鍵是這個位置，這個配置，真的物超所值。我們算了下，要是住酒店的話，兩間房得貴好多，還沒這麼方便。 已經跟好幾個朋友安利這家了，他們都説下次來長汀就訂這兒。我們全家一致決定，下次來長汀古城還要住這裏！真的挑不出毛病，滿分推薦！

It is a small hotel on a single floor (L3) but the room is big. The front desk staff helped me to change to a quieter room for free. This location is near many of the main attractions and there's lots of food downstairs. Minus 1 point for cleanliness as I realised that they did not clean below the beds.

I stayed in two hotels in Quanzhou for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was very clean and well-equipped, including disposable face towels and bath towels. The check-in guide was very complete, and it was clear that the owner was very attentive. The only drawback was that there was no elevator, but the owner would help with the luggage. It was very comfortable to bask in the sun on the balcony in winter. The location of the B&B is also great, very close to West Street, 1-2 minutes away. There are many delicious foods on West Street, and my friends and I were so full that we couldn't walk!
