Very satisfied! We landed at 9 PM and the hotel's shuttle bus got us there in 10 minutes. There were 3 adults and 1 child, and the two 135cm beds pushed together were perfectly fine. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. For breakfast, we had local specialty noodles across the street. At 8:30 AM, the shuttle bus took us to Meilan High-Speed Rail Station for Lingshui. The best part? The price was fantastic!

I booked a single room, and I really liked it – it was very clean and had no strange odors. When I first checked in, the front desk gave me a bottle of Ice Dew mineral water. I was happy with my stay, so I extended it for another night through the platform. However, when I went to the front desk later that evening because I was thirsty and wanted another bottle of water, I was told that the complimentary water was only for the first day of check-in, and not for extended bookings. I jokingly asked, ”So, if I had checked out at noon and then re-checked in, would I have gotten a bottle of mineral water?” The front desk attendant initially said, ”If you put it that way, I'll give you one,” but then refused, citing strict rules from the owner. I didn't push the issue; it felt unnecessary. I just bought a bottle of Ice Dew for 2 yuan and went upstairs. I found the whole situation a bit amusing, so I wanted to share it.

To be honest, I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this time, I chose Anlai Hotel for my trip because the platform ratings and reviews were very good, so I decided to try it out. Overall, I had a really good experience. The young man at the front desk, Xiao Chen, was exceptionally polite, professional, sincere, and helpful. When my phone had a setup problem, he patiently helped me troubleshoot it step by step. Another female receptionist was also very attentive and considerate. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, giving me a warm and reassuring feeling, like coming home. I'm very grateful for the dedicated service of both staff members and would recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! The housekeeping lady was also very professional and meticulous. She didn't complain or seem bothered by anything; she was always professional, enthusiastic, smiling, and patient. You can always find fault with a hotel, but this time I was very satisfied. Putting myself in their shoes, I won't nitpick. Thank you so much!

The owner is exceptional, very kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. The reception staff are also friendly and professional. Thanks to this experience, Haikou has become my favorite city in China. The owner even lent me his motorcycle for free to move around the city, which shows how generous and welcoming he is. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. They are cleaned daily, with amenities renewed every day. The bed is comfortable, the environment is calm and peaceful. The hotel is near of many famous place and restaurants 💯✨. This is truly the best hotel for this price, with an outstanding manager. I had one of my best stay in China here and 100% recommend this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻💯.

I chose this hotel for my parents' return flight from Sanya, as we were flying out of Haikou. It's located in a small town, essentially a rural area, which actually has a surprising number of hotels. The atmosphere felt peaceful and secluded, but we could still order takeout to the hotel, and there were snack stalls nearby. The hotel itself was great in terms of cleanliness, environment, and service. A big plus was the complimentary airport shuttle service.

Good location near the beach and in the middle of Sanya. Lots of food and drink options around. Room wasn’t cleaned for 7 days during my stay and nobody came to check. Little noisy because of other guest rooms near by.

We arrived at the store at two in the morning, the front desk was quick, the room was clean and tidy, there was no noise, and it was not noisy at all. The boss is very enthusiastic to help us ask the car to send the station, and also help to take a taxi to take the luggage. Recommended panda home near the airport. The price is really high. There is a local breakfast shop downstairs. The fried dumplings are also delicious.

The environment of this hotel is really good 😊 The staff service attitude is also very good, the location is especially convenient, super close to the beach, you can take a walk. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also very suitable for my appetite, the dishes are rich and varied, and the experience is great!

The first picture shows my favorite balcony! The view is absolutely unbeatable – I could see the entire bay, distant mountains, and a panoramic city view. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying a cool drink with the sea breeze in the evening really created the perfect ambiance! The room was a spacious open-plan design with amazing natural light. The bedding was clean and comfortable, making the stay feel completely unconfined and as relaxing as being at home. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a great separation of wet and dry areas. Anti-slip mats and toiletries were all provided, showing great attention to detail. The mirrors, floors, and furniture in the room were all spotless, with no hidden dirty spots, which made me feel very secure about the cleanliness. The room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, wardrobe, and a table and chairs. The wrought-iron table and chairs on the balcony had a fantastic texture and were perfect for photos. The hotel's location is also superb; a shopping district is right downstairs, making dining and shopping convenient, and it's super close to the beach. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and promptly resolved any issues. My overall stay experience was fantastic!
