"The location is right next to the beach which is very convenient. Restaurant and Bar are located nearby so you don’t have to worry about the food. The self-check in service is easy to use and allow us to check in quickly even at night. The room is pretty spacious. However, the noise proofing of the room is weak and it is very easy to listen to others noise from another room."

"It was a twin bed room. The shower is not strong as other reviews, but you can take a shower without problems. We stayed on a day beyond 30 ℃. There is a fan, but it is hot without air conditioning. Also, since only stairs, the elevator is essential. The owner is brighter and nicer. I wanted to stay again when I went to Soiel in a nice building. The view of the road in front of the entrance is also nice."

"If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside."

"Well located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help. Previously advertised as a pool there but this wasn’t open yet which is a shame, hence the 4/5 on amenities. Easy access on public transport too/from both Palma and the airport."

"An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs"

"The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin."

"There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The shower was terrible because it had no door and all the water was on the floor. This really spoiled the trip and I didn't want to stay at the hotel because it was impossible to take a shower. The view from the balcony overlooks a construction site. Breakfast and dinner were included. The dishes were dirty. And during dinner, not even water was included; you have to pay for drinks. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly. I give a higher rating only because of the good staff. But we will not return to this hotel again."

Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the hotel's staff members. He arrived a bit late and the stuff from the bar recommended us a great place outside with delicious food."
