"Very happy with the person who manages this hotel and who knows to be at my listening, indeed a problem when recovering the room, the booking code was not valid, so I have asked for assistance, And there surprised me had to pay the room for having the code that allowed me to access the hotel, outside this room was already paying via Trip.com, with evidence supported since Trip.com had taken the amount from Paypal and that the amount was also withdrawn from My bank account, in short, if the person who cares for this hotel had not offered me an alternative, and I would have had to sleep in my car, then I don't know his name but thank him yet. In the centre of the city, with a parking underground grader, very clean, spacious room level, and comfortable bedroom, staff at the top nothing to add."

"The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. A simple room, antique with dark wooden header, desk and bathroom furniture in the same tone. Room with just to make a short stay. Correct but nothing matches the image given by the hotel.
The bathroom was spacious and equipped with bathroom, but I had no hot water in my living room.

"The hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English.
For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied.
It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets.
All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends."

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall it was a solid, comfortable experience. Nothing felt over-the-top luxurious, but everything worked the way it should, which honestly made the stay pretty easy and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful without being overly formal. They answered questions quickly and seemed genuinely attentive.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep, and the room had all the basics you’d expect—clean towels, a decent bathroom setup, and enough space to move around without feeling cramped. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy throughout the stay.
The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, which made it easy to get around without much planning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough options to start the day without feeling repetitive.
Overall, this hotel did exactly what it promised. It wasn’t flashy, but it was reliable, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I’d consider staying here again if I were in the area and needed a straightforward, good-quality place to stay.

nursewandererI arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated.
As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash.
The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

A suive.

Guest UserSuperb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

I know that it's a budget hotel but, really, it wasn't very good. It barely scraped through as acceptably clean although don't go investigating too deeply as you might find things that you don't want to see. There was a cigarette burn on the bed cover...not nice...and a ”quiet room” was at the top of the stairs so everyone on that floor passed the room...quiet ? The welcome was OK, not warm but maybe lukewarm, the check out was very friendly. The shower unit needs replacing as it's botched and very scruffy; almost impossible to get soap out of the dispenser and one of the bedside lights didn't work. OK just about sums it up and that's being fair.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Miquel and Valérie are exceptional hosts, kind, helpful, fun, and they make you feel at home. The location is idyllic and just so peaceful, and everything is well equipped beyond even anything that you could need. Full kitchen, lots of outdoor space for kids to play (trampoline, balls, toys, a kiddie pool, etc...), clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lots of boardgames and cards and puzzles for downtime. The region is also lovely with lots of castles, nature, charming towns. Couldn't recommend more!!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ibis Budget Montpellier Centre Millénaire. The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable for a budget-friendly option. We opted for breakfast, which was nice and convenient, though it is not included in the room rate. Parking was available, making arriving and leaving easy. Overall, a good value for money and a practical choice for travelers looking for a simple, comfortable stay in Montpellier.

Jordanxo3Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.

This is an ideal stop over on my way to and from Spain, especially if you're on a budget and/or are travelling with a pet.
The rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast is available for those who require it but does not have much for evening meals but there is a perfectly adequate Buffalo Grill next door.
It can be a challenge navigating to it from the motorway but trust your sat nav/ Google maps- yes you do follow what is a busy rat run!
A good hotel just 15 minutes from the Spanish border.
