Clean facilities, about 10 minutes walk from train station and 1-2 minute walk from bus station. You can walk to the city centre easily from the hotel, which is where most tourist attractions are located. Views from the window attached.

It is a suitable hotel for a brief stay if you have an early morning flight to catch from Toulouse Airport - about a 15-minute walk from the terminal. The rooms are small but totally appropriate for a few hours sleep.

Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying. The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again. They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

Booked this hotel just to sleep with my husband and kids, we had friends in a camping not very far we spent most of the time there and we were not very impressed for the price we paid. There was no A/C, just a ceiling fan the room was small and we were boiling inside. The window opens on the main road, gets too noisy when it is open. Check out was 10am instead of 12pm.like most of the hotels.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us. Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

Shower very small and bathroom claustrophobic! And of course, not privacy! : ( Breakfast very poor. The best are the location and the cleaning. Not international tv only French, and Wifi very very slow and poor! I could not work at all. And not cupboard to put the clothes, definitely not privacy which is very important.

The room is convenient for the price. It is very well heated. The wallpapers, shower freeze and hygienic paper are available. Good location at the exit of the motorway with free parking. A small bemol the wifi was not working during our stay.

All in all I had a good stay. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The bathroom wasnt propely cleaned but they cleaned it after my complain. One has to take into account the reception has limited working hours - you have to tell arrival time in advance.
