Initially skeptical due to some bad reviews on cleanliness, but I’m so glad I booked! The hotel’s location is perfect close to malls, great food and even alot of massage parlor nearby. The room was comfortable, and everything worked out better than expected. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

A frequent budget hotel, the health is very good, the service is also very good, the surrounding is easy to find local snacks, very economical, very convenient to go around

Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall, it is a good choice for travelers who want a strategic location and easy access to food and sightseeing.

Good location, not far from nightingale, pier, the room is generally hotel quality, but the front desk gave me early check in, this is very worthy of praise

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

The location was good and the staff was nice. It was inconvenient to use the sink faucet, but I understand because the price is so cheap:)

This location is truly superb, offering convenient access to a nearby shopping mall and a variety of dining options at the food court. The reception staff is very friendly who is ready to assist you. It is a pleasure to have such excellent amenities within easy reach. This makes for a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

A very nice hotel with good location, going to Batam Nagoya Hills Shopping Centre is within walking distance. The receptionist is also friendly. Highly recommended for short trips stay.
