Over all for a comfortable rest, klu for guests far try to enter ny klu room ready can be more flexible

Room is pretty clean but bed sheets are dirty, receptionist not friendly .... room is not bad

The costume is good, clean and the facilities are quite complete. It is in the middle of the city and close to the mall and palembang culinary, it is not bad to stay for those who are from outside the city or want to eat food, highly recommended

Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang. Ehailing service also easy to get. Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK. Considering everything, will come afain.

The hotel is strategically located, the parking lot is quite spacious, the access to the nearby mall is a short walk away, the room is clean, hot water is available. For those who find low budget, it's suitable.

The room is nice, the facilities are complete... The service is good. It's a recommended place to stay, but yesterday I was a little disappointed because I got a room where the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest, and there was still water left in the electric kettle.

everything is perfect,except for the air conditioner.the air conditioner is not cold,it is only a strong blowing of the wind if it is turned on the turbo mode,if it is another mode then i get more passionate. Hope the air conditioner is fixed so that it can be really cool according to the temperature number in the remote. Will come back to stay here again with hope the air conditioning is in excellent condition.
