"The front desk staff were very helpful. We were able to take as many amenities as we needed from the front desk to our room, and it was also nice that we could bring coffee and tea to our room and drink it at any time. The hotel is also in a great location, so we felt it would be a safe place to stay when our children have school events and need to stay overnight."

"I stayed at the Omiya Pione Land Hotel the night before taking the first Shinkansen train. The front desk had a wide variety of amenities available, which was convenient as I could freely choose what I needed. Although the guest rooms don't have automatic locks, they can be securely locked from the inside, so I felt safe during my stay. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were all kind, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the entertainment district with many restaurants, so finding food is not a problem. It's also close to Omiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel for those taking the first Shinkansen train. I would recommend it for business trips, vacations, and overnight stays before concerts or other events."

"The cover of the air conditioner was half detached and about to fall off. The extension cord had about five outlets, but three of them were not working. The water tap was broken and leaked when turned, and the amount of water was so small that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. The water wouldn't stop unless you turned it quite a bit, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of dripping water. The staff were very nice."

"The location was great near the station! It is convenient because there is SEIYU as soon as you get off Tokorozawa Station. At the time of check-in, the staff at the front desk 々 was polite, the room was clean, and there were bath towels and face towels, but I thought it would be convenient to have hand towels. At breakfast the next day, I was kindly taught how to put rice and was able to eat delicious rice. It also became one of the hotels I wanted to stay at."

"The hotel is located in Nishikawaguchi, a little towards Kawaguchi. There are many Chinese people around, it is very lively at night, and there is also a red-light district. If you go to Tokyo by train, you can transfer from Akabane to Ikebukuro and use the Tokyo Subway Pass. The one-day fare is 280+280+pass fee, so you can basically visit all the attractions in Tokyo in three days. During the Spring Festival, the hotel is also 400 RMB per night. What do you want at this price?"

"8月。友達と2人で利用させていただきました。駐車場が狭かったので大きい車の方は苦労すると思います。受付を済ませ部屋に行きました。最低限の設備はありましたので泊まるだけなら問題ないです。お風呂はスーパー銭湯レベルの広さで、お風呂カフェ独特の長湯するにはちょうどいい温度のお風呂がありました。外風呂の近くにある椅子の数は10個ぐらいありましたが全部埋まってました。ドライヤーは風が強くて良いです。脱衣所は涼しくて良いです。暑がりな方は水風呂に入ってから出た方がいいです。お風呂カフェですので本はそれなりに沢山あり、快適な空間で読めそうです。寝ることを優先したので読んでません。前回来たのが5年くらい前ですが清潔感と民度（馬鹿騒ぎする人が多い）が悪くあまりいい印象がありませんでした。今回2度目で清潔感と民度が良くなったと感じます。付近の泊まれる場所の中ではコスパが良いと感じました。朝食は追加料金でカフェで食べるか、チェックアウトして外で食べればいいので素泊まりレベルなら良いです。友達は枕が合わず寝られなかった為次に利用することはありません。"

GGuest User4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties. Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

Here is why we loved it so much: - Incredibly Kid-Friendly: Traveling with young kids (a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old) can be challenging, but this hotel made everything so smooth and relaxing for us. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and they really understand how to accommodate families. -Spotlessly Clean: Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms and common areas were perfectly maintained and immaculate, which gave me such peace of mind. -Flawless Experience: Literally everything was good. The service, the comfort, the attention to detail—it was all just perfect and well thought out. We had a wonderful time here and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A true 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out.
