The only thing to note is that guests from China or Europe should bring their own hair dryer, as the rooms don't come with one by default.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times. Nice hotel. Very convenient location: close to the cathedral and Mohammed V Square. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the ocean, but you immediately get to the embankment - there is a direct road leading there. Polite staff. The room was clean.
