"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Uçhisar Castle, offering a superb view for hot air balloons. The cave design provides a unique experience, and our two-room suite was spacious and comfortable. The owner is very welcoming and friendly towards Chinese guests, offering all local tour activities. It's great value for money; the Pakistani staff member was also very enthusiastic. A highly recommended hotel!"

"The room was very nice. Parking wasn't a major problem, but finding a parking space was a bit difficult. There's no room service, and Wi-Fi is mandatory. Unfortunately, we experienced Wi-Fi problems for the last two days. Additionally, on the day of check-in, August 18th, 2026, we arrived between 5-6 AM. Despite calling and informing them that check-in time was 2 PM, due to a misunderstanding, we were sent to our room before 2 PM on the 18th and had to pay separately. Despite everything, we were satisfied. The person working at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you very much! 👋"

It's an okay place if you just need a basic room for the night, but there are significant issues with the service and the description that led me to lower my rating. Pros: * **Food and Amenities:** The breakfasts were substantial, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water were a nice bonus. * **Room Facilities:** The room had all the essentials – slippers, a set of towels, and toiletries. * **Terrace:** The excellent rooftop terrace is definitely a plus for this hotel. Cons and Discrepancies: * **Inaccurate Description:** The description claims the hotel is built into a rock, which is completely untrue. * **Communication Problems:** Despite the description stating there's Russian-speaking staff at reception, there wasn't any. * **24-Hour Reception:** The reception is advertised as 24-hour, but when I messaged at 9 PM the night before to inquire about an early check-in, I didn't get a response until 7 AM the next morning. This meant I had a long wait after a tiring journey. If I had known early check-in wasn't an option, I would have simply departed later. * **Cleaning Quality:** On the second day, the cleaning was very sloppy: the beds weren't made, and while used towels were taken, no clean ones were provided in their place – I had to go to reception myself to get them. Regarding location, I'd recommend staying in the neighboring town of Göreme; I found it more interesting there, but the choice is yours. If you do decide to stay here, I'll attach the current bus schedule for your convenience. **In summary:** This is strictly an option for 'one or two nights without high expectations.' If you just need a place to sleep and a hearty breakfast, it will do. However, there's clearly a lot of room for improvement in both the service and the accuracy of information on booking sites."

"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with airport shuttle bus bookings and Red/Green Line tours. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The auntie's fried eggs for breakfast were delicious, and in September, they still had those yellow-striped melons available. Enjoying breakfast on the rooftop in the morning, overlooking Uchisar Castle, was truly therapeutic."

"I'm not a shill, just a real experience from someone who isn't a rich traveler. Everyone's experience is different, so take this as a reference: Pros: 1. Located in the center of Göreme town, not far from the bus station and dining options. 2. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service auntie was very enthusiastic. 3. Bedding was very clean. 4. WiFi was fast. Areas for improvement: 1. Avoid rooms facing the road; they are incredibly noisy. Keeping the windows closed makes it stuffy, and opening them is too loud, especially in the afternoon when the sun makes the room very hot. You can't open the windows because of the unbearable noise. 2. The hotel's customer service was slow to reply to emails. We sent two emails before our arrival, one asking if we could check in early, and received no response! We then sent another email asking if we could store our luggage at the front desk before going on a day tour, and still got no reply. In the end, we had to carry our luggage on the day tour. 3. The side views from the rooftop terrace are blocked, making it very inconvenient to watch the hot air balloons. I suggest removing the side panels."

"I had a truly wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, with a modern and tasteful design. It’s such a pleasure to rest in a beautiful place like this. The cleanliness was impeccable—fresh, spotless, and wonderfully fragrant linens! Breakfast exceeded all expectations, especially for a vegetarian like me. Everything was so delicious that, despite my appetite, I couldn’t manage to try it all! The hotel is a little bit away from the city center, but I actually found this to be a real privilege — it gave me the chance to enjoy peace and quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome. All in all, it was a magnificent experience. Thank you so much!"
