I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

An absolute highlight is the pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The indoor pool area is als very nice. Our room with large balcony and view of the beach was very clean and spacious. In the outdoor area is a large shallow children’s pool. Nice corners and seating areas invite you to linger. The beach directly in front of the hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The Hotel also has a children area. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute!

清明臨時決定過來住的這個酒店，沒想到超出預期的好，當時想住可以看見浮屠河的房間，但是那個房型沒有了，能看到河的是主樓（高樓層這邊），我們本次入住的是帶悦庭的房型，是主樓對面的2層小樓，這邊環境雖然很好，晚上安靜的可怕，可能是隔音做的也很好，再加上比較空曠走廊裏看不見人，比較適合喜歡安靜的小夥伴入住這樣的房間。 泳池和用餐都在主樓，所以住悦庭的房型就不太方便，要走很遠才能到，或者在地下停車場開車過去，幾個樓的地下停車場都連着也還算方便。

Everything was fine on check in . Then came breakfast- absolutely not worth the price to be honest. And the room is not not super clean, upon checkout they hotel tried to claim we stained the bathroom mat , maybe because we are foreigners they want to extort us by keeping our deposit? But my husband spoke sternly to them , they gave us the deposit immediately. Ruined the whole experience but otherwise nice hotel.

The venue for the business trip was at Arcadia Hotel, so I chose this hotel for check-in. The service staff welcomed me warmly, checked the order, and quickly issued the room card. I personally feel that the overall water temperature indoors is not hot, the water in the pool is shallow, and there is always wind blowing, which will feel very cold and unsatisfactory! The sweat steaming room is not warm, but a smell of sour smell! There is a lobby manager named Wang Mumu at the front desk who is very professional and provides good service. Although I encountered various unhappiness, all problems were solved through her coordination! By the way, there is a greenhouse near the hotel for picking fruits. The prices are shockingly expensive, but the tomatoes and strawberries taste very authentic!

Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

The security guard said that we had to park on the main road behind the building... Then we walked over. It was freezing cold and pitch black... There were many temporary parking spaces in front of the building, but they didn’t allow us to park. They said that there would be a crew tomorrow... But there were clearly cars parked there! I am so angry! If this was Wangfujing, I would not say anything. You have such a big place, and there is no way to park? You don’t plan parking, and let guests drag their luggage for hundreds of meters in the dark... I am speechless! Then we checked in. The hotel didn't have a child fence, which was fine, but the shower was terrible. When the shower was turned on, the water came out from the big gap between the shower and the wall. It felt like the shower would fall off if it was turned on for a while. The shower head was also very strong when it was turned on, and then it immediately became a small stream of water when it was adjusted to hot water... Then the pillows were so high that I felt dizzy after sleeping... The bed was soft... The TV was small... The curtains had big holes... The most speechless thing was the comb provided by the hotel. It was a transparent plastic comb less than 800 years ago... I don't know if there are any hotels that still use it now... I was shocked! I stayed at the Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel during May Day. The climate in the park is very comfortable this season. There are still many play projects in the park.
