"Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Very clean Service: Excellent I chose this hotel primarily to get some extra rest and not rush. I had planned to arrive at the airport two hours early to browse the shops, as I was flying with Shandong Airlines. However, after clearing security, I realized my boarding gate was quite a distance away and required taking a subway. My goodness! I'm so glad I came early; otherwise, I definitely would have missed my flight. So, even though the hotel is inside the airport, you still need to pay attention to your boarding gate's location. Everything else was great!"

It is situated beneath the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang at an altitude of 3300 meters, with magnificent views of the snow capped mountains and the Rizhao Golden Mountain outside the window. Each room in the hotel is equipped with full house underfloor heating and oxygen concentrators, eliminating your worries about cold and high fever. For the vast majority of people, an altitude of 3300 meters is generally suitable for moderate exercise. Changpinggou Scenic Area is the best location to admire the four snow capped mountains of Mount Siguniang. The highest peak, Yaomei Peak, has snow all year round. Opening the curtains in the morning, you can see the magnificent snow capped mountains, and on sunny days, there will be a view of the golden mountains with sunshine. The hotel rooms are of first-class quality, equipped with Marshall sound system, Dyson hair dryer, Balmain hair care, high-quality mini bar, and Jinkoer latex mattress, allowing you to sleep comfortably even in 5A level scenic spots. Full butler service, driver pick-up and drop off service at Changpinggou Tourist Center in Siguniangshan Town, taking care of your travel throughout the process. The hotel is about a 17 minute drive from Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area, which is convenient to reach. Guests heading to Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area need to purchase tickets in advance. "The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"This Wyndham outpost in Chuanzhusi has one major advantage: airport pickup. It really helps with the altitude sickness, taking you from 3500m down to around 3000m, though I still felt a bit of it. The hotel lobby is great, breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that the room was tiny! Seriously small! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but there was barely enough room to turn around. Also, there was no desk or workspace in the room. We were two adults and one child, and they thoughtfully provided an extra breakfast, which was fantastic! 👍🎉🎈"

"This airport hotel is a must-book for anyone transferring through Ganzi, especially for morning flights. This was my third time staying here, and it came in handy once again! Around 5 AM, we suddenly received a notification that our booked flight was canceled. The only remaining flight that day was at 8:35 AM. My husband said it was a good thing we were staying at an airport hotel. We were able to rebook our flight, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and depart without any hassle!"

The hotel, converted from an old department store, has a really cool design. The room was spacious and came with a King Koil bed and Elemis toiletries – they really paid attention to the details. The service from the hotel concierge was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast even featured authentic Dandan noodles. For such a central location, this hotel offers a superb value-for-money, light luxury experience. It's absolutely brilliant!"

"A week before my stay, I received a call from our butler, Lola. We then started an ongoing conversation via WeChat, covering everything from high-speed rail station pickup to arrival time, personal preferences, and activity bookings. When she learned I was celebrating my wedding anniversary, she thoughtfully arranged room decorations, a cake, and a greeting card. This was my initial connection with Banyan Tree, brimming with anticipation and warmth. Stepping out of the high-speed rail station, I spotted a handsome young man from afar, smiling and holding a sign, with two umbrellas in hand, waiting for us. The moment I got into the car, I realized I had truly arrived at Banyan Tree. He also drove us back for our departure. Here, I'd like to express my gratitude once again to our driver, Harry. The three days at Banyan Tree flew by. Each day was spent immersed in the green mountains, clear waters, and birdsong, strolling, sitting quietly, soaking in the hot springs, and simply unwinding, enjoying a truly relaxing holiday. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, but what left the deepest impression on me were the staff whose names I didn't get a chance to catch: the gentle and genuine cleaning lady on the third floor, the SPA staff who guided me when I got lost in the elevator, the shyly smiling female chef who asked if I wanted a sandwich every morning at breakfast, the plump chef at the beef noodle stall, and all the employees who would nod and greet me along the way. The room facilities are very new, with smart home controls throughout, including floor heating, air conditioning, and a smart toilet. Given the significant temperature difference between day and night at high altitude, it was wonderfully warm and comfortable at night. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom features a wet and dry separation. The complimentary welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch. The front desk service was attentive and meticulous. We had a phenomenal experience with the Celebrity City Hotel- especially the concierge Ryan. He went out of his way to helping find missing luggageand extend our stay when we had train problems. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, the gym was one of the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel, but the staff was really what made the experience outstanding. Thanks again to the staff and especially Ryan!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

The hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit. Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

My overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues. I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members. However, some unacceptable problems arose: The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns. The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay. The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Chunxi Road was pretty good overall. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial district. You can step out and be shopping and dining in just a few steps, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to various attractions. As for facilities, the room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the night view from the higher floors is lovely. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing is decent, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The service was good; the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they patiently answered any questions I had. The cleanliness was impressive, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. All in all, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This hotel is really great! It was a pleasant surprise. While it might be smaller in scale compared to something like China Railway hotels, both the service and the rooms are charming and quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive, and dinner was delicious too! For the hot springs, about 4-5 pools were open, and it's a sulfur spring!
