Great location for travellers travelling out of Tianfu International Airport on an early flight . The hotel is in the airport complex, 5 minutes walk to Airport. However , Google map will not give you detailed location. Clean and new hotel. Not much facilities, no coffee in room only 2 tea bags . Need to close the window otherwise noisy at night. Not much choices in the eateries in airport. No shopping nearby .

The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance (an easy 25 minute stroll) of Tianfu Square, the Chengdu Museum, Chengdu Library and the Science and Technology Museum. It also has a metro station next to its entrance offering metro line 1 which takes one directly to quite a few landmarks for a mere 2 yuan. Didis and taxis are also easy to book or flag down in that location. The reception staff are generally helpful but special mention must be made of the outstanding concierge division : Cloudy and Cinderella are particularly congenial and deserve high praise. The one drawback is the breakfast room which can be very chaotic during peak hours, especially when large coach tours arrive.

One of the best hotel in my list. This airport hotel exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful two-night stay, thanks to the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Rezen Retreat Hotel Jiuzhaigou was amazing! Cozy room with floor heater, strong hot water pressure, delicious breakfast spread, and a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended!not to forget it’s just a leisure 5mins walk to jiuzhaigou park entrance and nearby restaurant

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made everything super convenient. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — flavorful, diverse, and absolutely satisfying, especially the butter pastries which were to die for. There was also a water dispenser available 24/7, which was really convenient. The toilet had an automatic bidet, which added a touch of luxury. The onsen area had multiple hot spring pools, though be warned: the water is very hot! Still, it was such a relaxing experience, especially with the serene mountain atmosphere. The staff’s attention to detail really stood out — after soaking in the hot springs, I came back to my room and found a warm goji berry soup waiting for me. Such a thoughtful touch!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located on Chunxi Street. The convenience of having a train station just downstairs made getting around super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices. The interior is both cozy and classy, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. One feature I really appreciated was having a washing machine within the unit — such a great bonus! Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and amenities.

We had a great time staying in the Grand Parcvue for 4 nights from where we would travel out each day to the countryside for sightseeing. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful in merging out separate bookings into a 3-bedroom residence. Special shoutout to Queena Li and Mira Yang for their great customer service during our stay. Breakfast is fantastic as well, and we were pleasantly surprised that there is a pickleball court in addition to a swimming pool. Our young children enjoyed the indoor children's playground as well. Clearly a great team led by their General Manager Jason whom we met in the lobby. The serviced residence are perfect for families with children and they are very spacious and clean.

Extremely in love with this hotel. Husband chose it for our honeymoon. Room was cosy and clean, with all amenities replenished daily. Linings are clean and the staffs are all very friendly. It is convenient for the receptionists to answer my doubts as I can connect to them via WeChat. The receptionist at lvl 1 (小邱) is kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice, so was afternoon tea. Location is near to IFS and many other food and souvenir shops, perfect for a quick bite or last minute shopping. Thank you for the wonderful experience I had in Chengdu! I recently had a pleasant stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, and I would like to commend your team for the excellent service provided throughout. Requests for additional drinking water and coffee were promptly fulfilled, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. I also appreciate the high-floor upgrade as a Bonvoy member. However, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the after check-out service. Upon reaching the airport, we realized that we had left a handbag in our room. When we called the hotel, we were informed that the bag would be brought to the lobby for collection. While we appreciate the swift response, it would have been much more convenient if the hotel offered a paid service to have forgotten items delivered to the airport. Given The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences, I believe such a service would greatly benefit future guests who may find themselves in similar situations. I hope you will consider this as an enhancement to your already outstanding hospitality.

The first room was very bad and had the smell of smoke so I had to talk to the manager. The second room was an upgraded room on the 6th floor but oddly enough, the BED smelled like smoke (sheets, pillows, everything). So then we had to change rooms for a final time, where everything was finally okay. But the first room was really a problem. There were weird dust balls and it activated my dust allergies. I also saw a lot of long hair on the ground. I don't think they vacuumed that room. Thankfully, the general manager is very caring and also understands that guests may not like the smell of smoke, so she worked very hard to find me a new room.

A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

Getting to JZG entrance is just a 3 - 5 mins taxi ride from the hotel and it cost about 4 yuan per person. The hotel lobby is nice and the breakfast selection is also very good. I would stay here again in the future. The staff are pleasant especially the “bigger size” lady who gave very good service but I didn’t get to know her name. Overall a good place to stay.

Highly recommended! The hotel facilities were very good, room extremely comfortable and all the items were tastefully curated. The oxygenation in the room was especially good and helped a lot with altitude sickness.

However just note that: 1) the shower area doesn’t have anything for you to hang your clothes or towel that will not make tour clothes wet. They have a little hook for you to hang stuff but because the shower area is small, whatever you hang there will become wet. Because I went in March and its still very cold, it would be good for them to have something for us to hang even the robes that will not get wet and do not have to come out with our wet body, enduring the cold. 2) the make up room service did not clean the room thoroughly as we can still see some bog chuck of dust floating around the floor. Besides the above, the food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Service is excellent for the staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk. 小田gave us good service and provided the necessary info upon check in. There is a mini mart besides the hotel too and is very near to the JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Definitely would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼

Conveniently located 25 mins drive to HuangLong scenic area and 15 mins to the train station. Close to many restaurants. The hotel is simple but has what you need for a night. Common areas are cold but floor heating in the room is nice. I found it a little too pricey for what it offers and for the average in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Room has no heating function, but we could turn on the air- conditioning function to offset the low temperature and kept the room to a comfortable 25.5deg C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Added the conceirge on wechat and they constantly checked in on us to see if our needs were met. Breakfast was good with both international breakfast and local breakfast available. Will definitely stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou again if we were to visit again.

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

The location of the hotel is great. Less than 10min to the main entrance to Jiuzhai valley national park and The hotel also provides a free shuttle car at your convenience time. Breakfast is good , many variety of choices are available. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Many Free gifts given to us during our stay.

A Wonderful Stay at Linshuijian B&B – Highly Recommended! Our family of three stayed at Linshuijian B&B for four nights, and we had an exceptionally pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness made our stay truly enjoyable. On the first day of our arrival, and to our pleasant surprises, we had our room upgraded. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. We could feel the thoughtfulness and dedication in every interaction. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The all in one standing heater made it especially cozy during the cool nights. We also loved the peaceful and scenic surroundings, with mountain views and the sounds of nature, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine offered at the B&B. The steamed sturgeon fish was particularly delicious and fresh. The meals were well-prepared with quality ingredients, making every dining experience satisfying. The location is quite a distance away from the main attraction but still, the location was convenient and tranquil. Being away from the crowded tourist areas added to the overall peacefulness and comfort of our stay. Linshuijian B&B provided us with a memorable and relaxing stay. With its excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and delicious food, it is truly a great choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit! ⭐ Rating: 5/5 ⭐

When I first came to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at the Banyan Tree Hotel. Liu Fengyi's service was superb. It felt like I was back home. From the beginning, my schedule changed and he helped me arrange the rescheduling. He checked out quickly and was very patient. I would like to praise Tangka Travel Photography Xiao Zhou again. His photography skills are really great. The makeup artist also did one of the few satisfactory makeups in my life. In short, it was a great experience and I will come again.
