"Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!"

An elegant Georgian mansion set in 7 acres of peaceful gardens. The Hotel offers first-class accommodation. stylish meeting and function rooms. and a luxury spa. "The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it."

Hotel near Bath City Center,Bath
Situated in Bath's Royal Crescent, this magnificent hotel offers a fully equipped gym and a stunning spa, leading out onto a picturesque landscaped garden. It also offers an award-winning restaurant and a cocktail bar. The Bath House spa offers a relaxation pool, an additional relaxation pool with massage jets, a sauna with salt therapy treatments, and a steam room. Each bedroom at The Royal Crescent has an 18th-century-style décor and luxury bedding. There is free WiFi and paintings from period artists such as Gainsborough. Along with the Montagu's Mews restaurant, The Montagu's Mews Bar serves all-day dining options, cocktails, and champagne. The beautiful gardens are ideal for a traditional afternoon tea. The Bath House Spa is within an original coach house and stables. First occupied in 1775, the buildings are a 15-minute walk from the city-centre, Pump Room Baths, and the Theatre Royal. Bath Spa Rail Station is just 1.6 km away. We strongly recommend booking any dining in advance to avoid disappointment. Spa treatment also need to be booked in advance.

"The waiting area for check-in is very British and beautiful. We booked a classic room, which requires us to walk through the main building, pass the garden, and come to the second floor of a stable. The room is clean and the toilet is relatively large. But the location is a bit disappointing. The high price and high positioning of the hotel make us automatically assume that the view of the room will be particularly good, overlooking the city of Bath. The actual situation is disappointing. Looking out is the street view on the other side, and I dare not open the window. The pure British white old man helps you carry the luggage, making you feel embarrassed not to tip. The restaurant is very delicious, and the cauliflower is especially delicious. In this place, you have to keep communicating and making requests. They can do better."

"First of all, hotels are very difficult to find. Apple's own navigation is wrong. Secondly, the bathroom in the store is extremely small, and there is still water noise in the sewer at night. There is a problem that hot water cannot be supplied in the room No. 3, which was notified too late and cannot be resolved by itself. Finally, the parking lot is small. Although the parking lots in Bath are very small, this is the only hotel in the UK that has charged me 15 pounds a night. Seriously not recommended."

"The hotel logo is not clear, the appearance photos are inconsistent with the online ones, and it is difficult to find by car. The booked room is completely different from the one introduced on xc and the area is small. You have to send an email before you check in. If you don't check in at the specified time, it is very troublesome. Hotel location is not bad, about 16 minutes walk from the attraction. Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

This is the second time we came to this hotel. The rooms are lovely but especially in the Superior rooms, there should be a comfy sofa chair as the ones are in the room, you can not sit more than 10 minutes. Jean-Luc was very helpful and kind, he is a great host
