Very good stay. Excellent location. Booked a twin room. Both beds are Super single. Housekeeping staff are very hardworking and friendly. Reception and reservations staff are friendly. Sent email to reservation for enquiry and they responded within hours. Very good.
Shopping malls (Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Mall) are just next door. Jonker Street 10 mins walk. Many shopping, eateries and massage shops nearby.
Highly recommended. One of the best hotels in Malacca.

A great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets.
My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing š³
My room was 702 which had a connecting door, maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind
Can upgrade process check in more faster especially for whose those booking online and already make full payment and also can do limit a coupon for breakfast because so long queue to eat breakfast which is not convenient for families..

I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone.
That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room.

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before.
And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly.
However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay.
On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operatorā¦. And he said sorry⦠worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign.
Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement.
Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed.
Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet.
Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities.
Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.
Spacious room with additional 1 single bed. really exceed our expectation. big bathroom, we were really satisfied with the accomodation. dinner and breakfast provided in the room rate. Thanks very much to trip.com for the recommendation. All staff really helpful. Please join all free activities and amenities provided at this resort such as morning/night safari walk, movie watching, gym/library/swimming pool.

We had 3 nights 2 days for the entire stay.
The location is ok, walking distance around 10-15mins to Jonker Walk night market. the hotel provides free shuttle to the clock tower (Opposite will be Jonker walk) for every 2 hours till 2200hrs daily, and we can Whatapps concierge in case we need to communicate with the hotel which is very good, and they are very helpful to provide a lot tourist information to us.
The size of the hotel room is spacious. it just looks a bit ordinary for the inner design. The temperature is comfortable during sleep at night. Bfast is very so and so, and on the 1st day, we went down to the cafe around 0945 (which they closed at 1030). Everything looked almost finished, and the staff did not replenish the food. The hot dish was not hot enough, while the cold dish like the ham didn't put on top of the ice to make sure the temperature was safe to eat.
On the last day of departure, the hotel started construction work (KEEP DRILLING) from 10ish in the morning, but I didnt see any notice posted out in the lift or letter sent to the room to inform the guest. As my mom falled sick those day, and I tried to call the operator and request them to delay a bit the drilling time like drilling after 1230hrs, at least most of the guest check-out first) but the operator was VERY RUDE and said it's already 1200 (in fact that was 11ish not till Check-out time yet) and said they can do nothing to stop it.....sucks....
