I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

Exceptional Stay at DoubleTree Bintaro – Always Feels Like Home I had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Hotel Bintaro from June 18 to June 20, in the King Room with a Sofa Bed. As always, my experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and service remained consistently excellent throughout my stay. Although I did not opt for the breakfast buffet this time, I genuinely missed the hotel’s signature morning spread, which I remember fondly from previous visits. Their breakfast selection has always been a delightful part of the stay, and I look forward to enjoying it again on my next visit. What truly stood out during this visit was, once again, the exceptional service from Bella. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. It is always reassuring to be welcomed by familiar faces who consistently provide such high-quality service. I’m sincerely grateful to Bella for making my stay as comfortable and pleasant as ever. There is absolutely nothing I could point to as a shortcoming during my time at DoubleTree Bintaro. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a reliable and relaxing stay in the Bintaro area.

Very spacious room. However, room was along to main road and rather noisy at night for a light sleeper. Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.

Our two-night stay at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta in the Kraton Suite was defined by comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. The suite provided a spacious and perfectly pleasant environment for our family, including my wife and son. What truly set this experience apart was the impeccable service, especially as the staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday celebration memorable and seamless. We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and genuine warmth of the entire team, making this hotel our top recommendation for a high-end stay.

I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.
