We'd booked a room for 5 with an extra bed on ***********, but when we reached the hotel, the lady at check-in informed us that in the Scandic Narvik system it was only a room for 2 people, that there was no other space available, and that in future, we should book directly with the hotel in order to avoid this happening again. In the end, she was able to find us a room, but it was such a terrible way to start off what was otherwise a brilliant stay in beautiful Narvik.

Unforgettable stay, nice place, pleasant environment, gorgeous view outside, similar as described. I am satisfied. The rorbu is clean, well equipped, comfortable and decorated space. The breakfast is delicious and pre-pack because Restaurant Kjokkenet was close during my stay. The receptionist is very helpful and show me how to boil nice coffee. The rorbu is absolutely perfect and I could not recommend it more.

The stay was very comfortable! I made a last-minute reservation because I didn't know Bodo Airport would be closed. The staff at the counter was very friendly! They were very considerate and helped me use the pad to call a taxi. The service was very good! The room is also very nice, the bed is very good to sleep on

The hotel is close to the pier, a 15-minute walk away. The building is easy to spot, a tall gray-black building. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room. The room is large, but the facilities are relatively backward, for example, the wash basin is small and shallow, and the bathroom grid will splash water outside the door. Others are OK.
