Our stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there. If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members. Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance. Sunset is awesome here.

It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

My stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay had both its ups and downs. The biggest highlight was definitely the ocean view. Opting for a sea-view room gave me direct access to the expansive Tokyo Bay, offering stunning blue waters by day, breathtaking sunsets in the evening, and a fantastic nighttime ambiance. The scenic experience was truly outstanding. The location is a major plus, being right next to the Disney Resort. There's a free shuttle bus service to and from the parks and the train station, making transportation and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are also excellent, with easy access to shops and dining. However, the service aspect had noticeable shortcomings. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were rather inefficient, and the staff's attitude felt very process-driven, lacking proactive and attentive service. Overall, the service experience was just average. Other aspects, like room cleaning and basic facility maintenance, were acceptable with no significant issues. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize ocean views and convenient access. If you have high expectations for front desk service, you might want to consider this more carefully.

The room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

My family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and although the hotel does not have a large public bath, the bath and sink were especially nice and I was very satisfied. I booked the breakfast plan, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would like to use it again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel! P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

MMilixiaonvshiA bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.
