Guest UserHotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

chin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

Theodore QWonderful hotel near to Johor Bahru Customs. The rooms size is very good and the bathroom shower is excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool and children’s pool is very nice. The Gym size is good too. The breakfast spread is excellent. The hotel is linked to SKS shopping mall.

Lim Cheng HwaI would like to comment the check in counter in the future if the one of queuing lines were delayed by customers which need further assistance. The staffs can directs behind customers waiting to check in go to other counter so they waiting too long.
Because the ”A” counter was smooth but ”B” was stucked by front customers which was need more assistance.
I will gave five stars on Service if the service is mee in future stay.

Guest UserBeautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.
The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.
The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.

Boon HoongOur recent stay was unfortunately a disappointing experience, especially as it was meant to be a birthday celebration. The check-in process was poorly handled from the start. We arrived at 2:00 PM and were informed that our room was not ready, with a promise that we would be contacted once it became available. We then went for lunch at Kedidi Restaurant and returned to the lobby at around 3:30 PM, only to find a long queue at the check-in counter. To our surprise, guests who had arrived later than us were already being assigned rooms. We had to queue again, only to be told that our room was still not ready because it was being decorated for the birthday celebration we had requested. In the end, the delay of more than two hours resulted in a room setup consisting of just two balloons and a birthday message on the mirror, which was far below expectations and certainly not reflective of Westin standards. To make matters worse, when we asked about hotel facilities and available activities, the staff responded reluctantly and said they were only briefing guests upon request because the hotel was fully occupied. This was disappointing and did not feel in line with the level of hospitality one would expect.
The room itself also showed signs of poor maintenance, with wallpaper peeling off in several areas. Dining experiences were equally underwhelming. At Prego, despite making a reservation one week in advance, we were initially seated at what was arguably the worst table in the restaurant—right above a generator, causing the table to vibrate throughout the meal. We only managed to change tables after waiting for another party to finish dinner. This was unacceptable, especially for a special occasion. The restaurant’s decor and overall condition also felt dated and basic, making the fine-dining pricing difficult to justify. Breakfast the next morning was another letdown. The air-conditioned breakfast area was far too small to accommodate the number of guests, seemingly fitting only 30–40% of the hotel’s occupancy. Temporary booths had been set up outside to manage the overflow, which made the overall breakfast experience feel chaotic and below standard. Overall, this was a very poor experience and certainly not the level of service, comfort, or quality expected from a Westin property.

Enjoyed the trip alot. Arrived at hardrock hotel with a puncture tyre. Staff manager helped to contact tyre repair man and they arrived within 30min to repair the tyre for RM60.
My kids and I enjoyed the stay. Waterpark is good but the highlight will be the beach which is abt 400m. Beach is clean n sea is clear. Kids enjoyed being in seawater and catching hermit crabs. Carpark process is fast and easy to use.

Guest UserHere’s a polished version of your review:
The room is spacious, the breakfast is decent, and the pool is nice. Overall, the stay met expectations. However, there were a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel seemed unprepared for the high occupancy during the long weekend, as amenities and services were stretched. Room service requests took longer than expected, likely due to the full booking situation.
The building itself is quite old and would benefit from some refurbishment, although this did not significantly affect the overall guest experience. It would also be great if the bar remained open during peak periods, especially on long weekends, to better cater to guests.
