The hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a short relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the free lounge access, with a delicious dinner buffet and refreshing mocktails at the Sheraton Club. The swimming pool offers both a normal pool and a kid zone, making it a great choice for families. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide buffet spread with Chinese, Malay, and Indian options, plus plenty of bread varieties to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities for both relaxation and anniversary time. 🌿🏊🍴

Stayed here as a family and had a great time overall. location is unbeatable  literally connected to KSL Mall so food, shopping and the Monday night market (recommended experience) are all right downstairs, super convenient with kids. service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful throughout. amenities were great too, the pool was a hit with the children. only small thing was cleanliness, room was good but could be a touch more spotless in places. that aside, brilliant value and id happily stay again. highly recommend for families 👍

⭐ Perfect Staycation Spot Away from Busy JB ⭐ Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance Hotel JB! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — exactly what you need for a relaxing break. The hot shower was amazing after a long day out exploring and shopping. Love the location too! It’s away from the busy JB Central area, so it’s quieter and more peaceful without the crowd. At the same time, everything you need is nearby — Mr DIY, FamilyMart, Woodfire, McDonald’s and ZUS Coffee are just around the area. Bonus: If you’re here on a Sunday night, there’s a pasar malam nearby where you can grab snacks and enjoy the local vibes. 😋 Getting around is also easy with Grab. A short ride brings you to Mid Valley Southkey for food, shopping, massage and movies. Honestly, the room was so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in, relax and sleep till tomorrow. 😂 Will definitely come back again — next time I’ll book with breakfast included! 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I usually stay in Holiday Villa but decided to book this as i was with a group of 4. The apartment i booked is on the 55th floor. Took some practice to tap the access card on the scanner (aim at top right corner). Apartment was very clean, everything working well. Did not do laundry but the balcony was a very good space cos of the compressors’ warm air. But be careful to lock the door to the laundry balcony at night. My grandma was extremely happy with the freezer. Carpark was free at time of check-in as i was told they may charge soon (this building is new). Check-in was fuss-free and easy! Will definitely book again.

The Amari Hotel in Johor Bahru is located in a very strategic and convenient area. Most major facilities and shopping complexes are within a 10‑minute walking distance, making it easy to access food, retail, and entertainment without needing transportation. Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel maintains good cleanliness standards. However, some moss can still be found on the windows, especially those facing the swimming pool. Despite this minor issue, the general cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory. Internet Connection: The Wi‑Fi connection is not stable. It frequently disconnects, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a steady internet connection. Parking: Parking is not free. Guests are charged RM12 per day with multiple entry allowed. However, parking is complimentary if the booking is made directly with the hotel.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with amenities, including toothbrushes, towels, body wash, shampoo, and a hot and warm water dispenser. There was also a frying pan, utensils, mugs, plates, hangers, clothes rack, a refrigerator in the living room and a mini fridge in the master bedroom, oven, washing machine, and even a game console available for guests. The aircon was working well. There is a gym and a swimming pool with a kids pool. The unit was especially convenient and the location was also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay for a family with two young kids. It was also easy for taxi/grab to locate the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy as the same lifts to the apartment could be used to access the mailbox . We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

### Location & View - Great location with sea views and direct access to the coast. ### Cleanliness - Pools need cleaning. ### Dining - Food is great, but no exclusive dining area for suite guests. (no lounge) - In-room dining is excellent, especially items like mushroom soup, satay, grilled chicken, and pasta. ### Room Allocation - Poor room allocation; assigned a suite far from the main area despite available rooms. ### Facilities - Main lobby is well-designed with a water dispenser for guests. - Room furniture is old, and toilet doors are in poor condition. - Curtains touch each other at night, causing disturbance. - Parking area (level B2) has a sewage smell. ### Conclusion - Not worth opting for suite rooms due to lack of exclusive benefits. In-room dining remains a highlight. staff are friendly and service is great. will still come back for the view and food.

Had to wait till very late before being contacted by them. Replies weren't answered unlike most hotel that answers promptly. It is almost impossible to stay if your hand phone malfunction. Nonetheless the apartment was well kept and it's smooth once the instructions were sent to me. I told them the lobby letter box area was super dark. The bulb had blown for few days and it was so hard trying to open the letter box to collect the apartment key.

Location is conveniently near to tuas, minutes to Legoland. Quiet, comfortable, and deliberately tucked away from the crowded city center. If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.
