The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.

I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future.

Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. In addition, the breakfast was great!!!

There are blood stains on the sheets. This star hotel should not be. It was very late and tired. I only found out when I got up in the morning.

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! The location in the city center is perfect for shopping, eating and checking in. The cleaning staff is a lady from Shenzhen who is very friendly! Ctrip is awesome!

I decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location. I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the waiter took my luggage, and the check-in was smooth. The front desk was very friendly. Hygiene: It was clean and hygienic like a five-star hotel, and the restaurant was also very clean. Environment: The location is in the commercial district, there will be many people on business trips, and there will be many people in and out of the hotel during the day. Facilities: The gym and swimming pool are both indoors, with windows, and very bright. I had breakfast at Grana in the hotel on the first morning, and the quality was very good. The hotel's drinks were also amazing, but the dinner and room service later were much worse. It is probably because the hotel was unusually busy this week and the kitchen was overwhelmed. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction when I left the hotel, and they handled the problem very actively.
