"The InterContinental Boston has a great location; it's within easy walking distance of Chinatown, the Financial District, and Boston's South Station. The receptionist, Lily, was very friendly. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it had most of the essential American breakfast items. The problem was that when you needed to call for water, toiletries, bathrobes, etc., they couldn't provide slippers due to insufficient stock."

"The whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished."

"It’s an old property and my assumption is that there are two wings and we were sent to old wing. Only one of the three elevators worked during 3 nights when we stayed there and there was no one trying to fix the elevators as well. Even the elevator which was working was not in a good condition. The staff was so so, not something which I would expect from Fairmont. Having stayed in Fairmont few times before, this was the worse experience of all times"
Our luxury hotel Mandarin Oriental-Boston adds a fine facade to undoubtedly the most desirable addresses in Boston
"I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future."

MmeantueThe administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.
GGuest UserOpposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season
KKangle001Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.
