The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

I decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location. I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full.
Service: I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the waiter took my luggage, and the check-in was smooth. The front desk was very friendly.
Hygiene: It was clean and hygienic like a five-star hotel, and the restaurant was also very clean.
Environment: The location is in the commercial district, there will be many people on business trips, and there will be many people in and out of the hotel during the day.
Facilities: The gym and swimming pool are both indoors, with windows, and very bright.
I had breakfast at Grana in the hotel on the first morning, and the quality was very good. The hotel's drinks were also amazing, but the dinner and room service later were much worse. It is probably because the hotel was unusually busy this week and the kitchen was overwhelmed. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction when I left the hotel, and they handled the problem very actively.

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of Four Seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathroom, spacious rooms, etc., are beyond doubt and must be excellent and reliable. There is a high-quality Japanese restaurant downstairs, which is modern. The SPA is very good. The only thing that is not as good as the old Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is that the room is just very modern, without any style.

It's a good place to stay when you go out with friends. It's my first time staying in this hotel. The service is very good. There is an oceanarium next to it, and it's not far from Chinatown. It's very convenient. We also went to the art gallery, which was also very comfortable.
Service: Very good service attitude
Environment: Very clean and sanitary
Facilities: Relatively new
The hotel is very good, the room is very large and warm, the bed is very comfortable, the heating is very sufficient, the toiletries are L'Occitane series, the hotel has its own beach, golf course, tennis court, restaurant is also very good, breakfast is delicious, the stove is very busy, I hope to visit in summer next time.

Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season

禹禹The hotel is okay, but two unknown purchases have occurred, and it is not clear whether it is a hotel problem or a bank problem

GGuest UserThe whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Harvard University, making it very convenient. There are also many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The only thing that detracted from the hotel's appearance was the presence of a few homeless people near Harvard Square. The room was quite spacious, and the service was good during check-in, with acceptable cleaning. However, during check-out, a white woman was very rude and had a very bad attitude, which made a negative impression.
MmeantueThe administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.
