The room is warm and comfortable, and the overall experience is perfect! The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and I slept well all night! The service is thoughtful, the front desk lady is enthusiastic and patient, and she also gave me snacks. The experience is great! I was a little worried when I placed the order online, but when I arrived at the store, it was basically the same as the picture description, no problem!
Central location very close to the city center. The train station and the state theater are within easy walking distance. Quite new hotel with spacious and quiet rooms.
The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.
The room space is quite large, the facilities are very old, the floor drain in the shower room is offensive, so it gives people an impression of poor hygiene. Breakfast is OK, that is, there are more flies, flying around, so the impression of poor health is more impressive. When the luggage was stored, the front desk asked to put it directly on the ground, saying that she would watch it. As a result, when we came back, we found that no one was watching at all. The front desk was not there. The luggage was always on the ground. Although there was no lost items, it was still a little afraid. Good location, very close to the bus to the main attractions.
There were 4 events in the immediate vicinity over the 2 days.
From 12pm to 10pm, music was played through 2-meter-high speakers with the bass and volume turned up to full volume.
Someone at reception literally told us that you would have to expect that in the summer on the Danube.
The hotel's furnishings, built in 1975, are also showing their age.
The staff were very friendly.
The environment is very good, the hotel is also very high-end, that is, the location is a bit remote, suitable for people with cars to come and live, and parking is free. Since we arrived on Sunday, there were few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and they all closed early. However, the hotel's dinner was very good, and we tasted local beer. In addition, the breakfast was also very good. The hotel front desk also helped to print my boarding pass.
The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise.
Facilities: large room, high rack, separate bathtub shower, refrigerator stove, electric kettle, coffee machine safe, etc.
Hygienic: spotless, mirror glass without ash and watermark, clean beds and folds
Environment: Linz city center, it is a quiet location, surrounding shopping malls, central square
Service: Check-in information, the front desk also carefully replaced the pad with a Chinese interface, and then recommended the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants to me.

Amazing
ZZhaohuibinThe apartment facilities and kitchenware are excellent and comprehensive; cooking and dining in are absolutely no problem. The underground parking garage is quite spacious, and there are free bicycles available for riding around the edge of town (the bicycle lock code is written in the elevator). The cycling route offers pleasant scenery along the way. Both the room and living room are quite large (for European standards), and if you stay on the ground floor, there's even a small garden. The town isn't big, and there are supermarkets and small convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away. Self-check-in is also very convenient; just follow the steps shown on the electronic screen, and you'll be done in a few minutes. To park in the underground garage, you need to swipe your card at the entrance. When exiting the garage, no card swipe is needed; the gate will open automatically as your car approaches the rolling door. There are traffic lights at the garage entrance and exit, so pay attention to safety when entering and leaving. It's very close to Hallstatt by car, and there's also an ALDI discount supermarket chain just a few minutes' drive away. There's also a laundry room downstairs. This apartment is suitable for short-term relaxation and extended stays. After checking out, guests are asked to simply dispose of their trash in the garbage room near the apartment entrance. Towels, trash bags, dish soap, kitchen paper, etc., can all be taken as needed from the laundry room downstairs.
TTomxie21This is likely the largest hotel in Hallstatt, right in the town center. Parking is outside of town, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off. The hotel has three buildings, and we weren't in the main one, so we had to carry our luggage up a set of stairs (a bellhop helped us). Breakfast is served in the main building and is very comprehensive. The hotel building is very old, over a hundred years, and while the rooms aren't large, they are very clean. It's definitely worth staying a night in the town; many tourists just come to take pictures and leave. By 10 AM, it gets incredibly crowded. We went to the lakeside in the evening and morning, and it was exceptionally quiet.
JJackie This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.

GGuest UserThe girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.
GGuest UserAfter arriving at the hotel, we paid to upgrade to a river view room. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us several room cards for us to choose a room. We also went to see the super comfortable double room we originally chose. To be honest, it didn't look very comfortable and was quite cramped. The upgraded corner window was so worth it. In addition, room 401 should have been newly renovated. The cabinet smelled like wood. If you mind, be careful to choose this room.
GGuest UserThis hotel is the best hotel in the lake area. It is too beautiful both outside and inside. It feels that it is not enough to stay for one night. The hotel breakfast is also super delicious. 😋 The service staff are super NICE. I think I will take my family to vacation in the future. Oh, yes, it was just right when we passed. I encountered the hottest days in Austria. The hotel did not have air conditioning, so it was quite hot to sleep that day, but it was very cool outside at night.
