Traveling with my parents, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. The concierge proactively helped us with our luggage and brought it up to our room. They specifically arranged connecting rooms for us, which made it easy to look after my parents. The rooms were incredibly spacious and quiet, so my parents got a wonderful rest. The breakfast had a great variety, especially the Chinese options, which were very much to my parents' liking. They praised my choice of hotel, saying the service was even more attentive than at home, and they were particularly happy.

The hotel's overall environment is great, with a direct view of the Broken Bridge. The housekeeper on the third floor was very attentive; she cheerfully brought extra slippers for my child twice. The room was exceptionally clean, and she was friendly, enthusiastic, and politely bid us farewell. I'll definitely choose Tianyu'an again next time I visit Dandong.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and some reviews mentioned poor facilities, which is understandable given the newly renovated rooms... especially since the toilet has been replaced. Facilities: Brand new and smart! The Konka TV is huge and can access apps like iQiyi... The toilet has sterilization and heating functions. Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Very close to Benxi Station, Wangxi Park, Ginza, and Yongfeng Pedestrian Street. You can also walk to the Gongzilou and Tanrou restaurants. Service: They let us view the room in advance, very professional. I really didn't expect accommodations in Benxi to be more expensive than in Shenyang at this time of year, but this one was so cheap! I didn't think it would be very good, but it really exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was also very plentiful!

Getting here by car was super convenient. The front desk staff was really warm and welcoming. My husband and I weren't sure how to book tickets for the Anti-U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea Memorial Hall, so the front desk assistant helped us out with the reservation. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Dandong.

The room is bright and airy with an expansive view, giving a vibrant sense of the lively surroundings. Downstairs, there's a shopping district with snack shops and a supermarket, making shopping incredibly convenient. The in-room appliances are well-maintained and easy to use safely, and the hallway is quiet and orderly, contributing to a harmonious living environment. The front desk offers services like route guidance and luggage storage, handling issues meticulously and thoughtfully. Getting around and shopping are both convenient, making every aspect of the stay delightful.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from the large windows. It's right opposite Pavilion, and there's an underground passage directly from the hotel so you don't even have to brave the cold outside. Housekeeping came to clean every day, and ordering takeout was super convenient – a robot even delivered it right to my door! One night I was really craving a can of peaches. I ordered some via delivery, but I couldn't open the can myself. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically twisted it open for me. I really appreciate it – they saved my late-night craving! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!

The overall experience was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. An elderly security guard, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful; he even carefully warmed up my leftover food in the microwave late at night. What's more, the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean, and the business suite offered excellent value for money. I truly hope they don't raise their prices! 😁😁😁 I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dalian! 😁😁😁 I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but I'm sharing some beautiful scenery I captured in Dalian. Tram 201 is right next to the hotel, and there are also bus stops, so getting around is incredibly convenient. There's a large shopping mall not far away, which is great for dining and shopping. The hotel also has its own dedicated parking spaces, which is a huge plus if you're driving. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable and cozy. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth choosing.

Breakfast offered a well-balanced and nutritious selection with fresh ingredients. Overall, the management is well-organized, and they pay great attention to detail.
