Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup. When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray). I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower. Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10

Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

A thoughtful and convenient transit hotel. Staying at the Qiu Guo Hotel Beijing New China International Exhibition Center Capital Airport branch was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room features a German Lonsberg mattress paired with various pillow options, ensuring excellent sleep. The lighting and curtains are fully smart-controlled, and there are plenty of outlets for working and charging. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and even a foot bath stone with settings for both adults and children—the attention to detail is truly impressive. The public facilities also perfectly met my needs. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry room and robot delivery service are efficient and hygienic. Plus, there's a warm congee and vitamin drinks available late at night. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!

The room, service is great, very warm in the room during winter, breakfast’s variety isn’t a lot, mostly carbohydrate, but it’s free for us so pretty alright. The downside is slow internet in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, calm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience relaxing. The rooms were well-maintained and hygienic, and all facilities were in excellent condition. What impressed me most was the behavior of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, everything—from the environment to the service—was excellent. I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Hotel near Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area,Beijing
GGuest User 2025.12.30
The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Wangfujing Street, where there is a nearby metro station. Around the corner, there are small local eateries, making it easy to find local food and snacks to enjoy at any time. The room we booked did not have a window, but it did not feel cramped or uncomfortable at all. The hotel provides a self-service laundry room, complete with washing machines, dryers, ironing facilities, and even laundry detergent, which was very convenient. One highlight of the hotel is the rooftop, where you can enjoy views of the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The atmosphere in the evening is especially nice and relaxing. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with easy transportation, close proximity to major attractions, and a reasonable price. We booked a large room at around THB 3,600 per night, which was very reasonable for the location and facilities.

The place is very convenient - near the subway & at the end of Qianmen Avenue, with Lawson just across the street. Booked this hotel because of positive reviews but my room was so hot during winter. I think the positive reviews depends heavily on luck & which room u get!  It was -3 instead but 30-32degC inside. Upon asking the front desk, they got me to off the air conditioner entirely. I also opened my door to allow for fresh air but it only dipped 1deg per hour. By that time I really wanted to sleep, it was 27 degC. Even for someone coming from Singapore, it was rly hot and stuffy in the room.  I called front desk again & they could only bring me fans (2 small ones, of which one couldn’t work) as there were no alternative rooms. They asked that I try sleeping w that, but I couldn’t. So I called them again, and asked if I could get a refund and just move to another hotel. They said it’s impossible so I contacted Trip.com, and while I was doing so, I shared my frustration w front desk (tired from long flights & travels, rly wanting to sleep).  She checked and found me a room upstairs (what happened to no other rooms available?). They moved me there to sleep, allowing me to leave my luggage at the original room. The next day, I came back, packed and had to leave my luggage at the lobby while waiting for the new room.  The new room was much better as it had 2 small windows to allow air exchange despite the heater.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! ✌️

Hotel is located in the inner parts of Jinsong road aka less busy street, away from the main street, but there is eateries nearby including a Domino's across the hotel, and a KFC further down the road. A few minimarts and small supermarket is nearby too. It's about 15 minutes to the nearest metro station but e-hailing drivers do not seem to have a problem locating the hotel so not to worry. The hotel comes with a free laundry area (bring your own detergent though) and room is comfy and spacious. Service was good, can just hit the team via Wechat and they are quick to respond. Did not take the breakfast so couldn't comment on the food.

LLuoyeThis hotel, located near Qianmen, boasts exquisite decor and a tranquil, elegant ambiance. They offer complimentary traditional costumes for guests to try on and take photos, with a professional partner photographer who captures stunning shots within the courtyard. The facilities are very practical: the rooms are well-heated, and the hot water supply is stable, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The service is attentive and thoughtful; front desk staff proactively helped with opening doors and carrying luggage, and provided warm ginger tea upon check-in. The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. Overall, this is a distinctive hotel, perfect for travelers looking to experience the charm of old Beijing while enjoying comfortable and convenient accommodation. Highly recommended.

Xxh121Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff are warm and generous, and the hotel has a youthful style. There are entertainment facilities on the ground floor, making it convenient for tea and chats. I stayed alone, and I thought the room layout was quite clever. It seems like one large space, but the bathroom area can be separated by a curtain, which wouldn't be an issue for two people. It's very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and you can even take the Airport Express from Exit A. There are malls, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The soundproofing is lacking; I was woken up by loud voices in the hallway while sleeping in the morning. Finally, a [suggestion]: it would be great if there was a small folding stool in the room for luggage. It's quite rare in domestic hotels, and it's really inconvenient to organize luggage while crouching on the floor.

MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

TTianshimeiweiderenWe booked a runway-view room to watch planes with our child. The environment was great, and the window faced the end of the runway, offering a good view of many planes taking off and landing. My child was thrilled! I'm very grateful to the front desk staff who showed us three different rooms to find the best window for plane spotting. They even gave my child a China Southern Airlines plane keychain!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation around it, and is close to the attractions/business districts I want to visit. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!

AAngela OngHyWe spent 6 nights here early Nov 2025. Location is great, Dengshikou subway is just below the hotel. Wangfujing, APM, and even Forbidden City are all within walking distance. There are lots of foods within the same block of building. Hotel guest gets 12% discount dining at 便宜坊 on first floor, they serve pretty good roast peking duck and other cuisines, just on the pricey side. Go before 5pm to avoid long queue. The rooms are smart rooms. We can ask AI to open the room curtains, and even play musics we like. We get free water bottles and other drinks and snacks everyday. There’s a nice laundry room to use, FOC. Breakfast is good and has a good variety. The hot soy milk is a must every morning. We experienced a shortage of hot water for few hours at night. The very next day, they gave us a handwritten apology note with a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt, along with some other freebies. Highly recommended.

BBuyaotingzhibenpaoI arrived in the morning so I couldn't check in immediately. When I returned in the evening, I was given a room, but the lock was broken. This isn't the first time I've encountered such an issue traveling solo, but the front desk resolved it quite quickly. They upgraded me for one night and asked me to move back to my original room tomorrow. The final room I got (P2) was actually pretty good. The hotel has central heating only, so it gets quite warm, and I was sweating throughout the night. The front desk suggested opening the window for some coolness. I tried it a bit, but being on the second floor (and next to a Peking duck restaurant), there was a noticeable smoky smell. I'm not sure if there was renovation during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night. There are washing machines and a restaurant on the fifth floor. Breakfast was quite tasty, though a few dishes were a bit salty. Overall, my stay was pretty good. It's very close to the Forbidden City (about a ten-minute walk to Donghuamen), and the subway station is also convenient. I traveled alone with my suitcase and didn't find it troublesome at all. The only thing is that taxis returning to the hotel usually get caught in traffic, but taking a taxi from the hotel isn't an issue.
