The hotel was right near a lot of famous tourist areas, Tianmen Square, Wangfujin area, forbidden city, a couple of hutongs and many more. 肖肖 was delightful, she assisted us in a professional manner and was very kind. They even have a gym and laundry downstairs and storage for luggage as well. The sunset view from the rooftop is breathtaking 😍

We had a great stay at JIANGUO Hidden Hotel Beijing! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Jinyu Hutong metro station (Line 8), and the hotel is surrounded by several shopping malls, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring. The hotel was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room had a great ventilation system and large windows that brought in lots of natural light. We were also pleasantly surprised to find mosquito nets on the windows, which is quite rare for hotels and a really thoughtful touch. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible—we originally booked a smaller room, but they kindly upgraded us to a more spacious one with a bathtub. If I had known how much better the bigger room is, I would’ve definitely paid the small extra cost from the start. Totally worth it! We also appreciated the good Chinese breakfast, convenient delivery robots, and free luggage storage. All of these small touches added up to a really comfortable and smooth experience.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport (directly via AirPort Express and a 5mins walk) or it’s just a 25 mins via didi car. While it may not be directly located to the places of interests or food places , it’s still very convenient via didi car rides and the train. What I enjoyed in this hotel - 1. The room whilst small was compactly designed which ensured my comfort. 2. You can pick up your toiletries from the lobby and they’ll top up the bottles of water and drinks for you everyday. 3. Complimentary breakfast and definitely surprise surprise, supper is served every night. If you’re hungry, you can even order your supper via delivery and your friendly robot waiter will send it up to your room. 4. What’s most important for me is that there is a laundry room - 3 sets of washer and dryer. Washing powder and washing bags are provided, it’s free to use and there’s no queue! I enjoyed my stay here! And will definitely come back again!

We came back a second time because we liked the hotel so much. It is very clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They offer snacks and water throughout the whole day and an evening snack as well. The hotel is in very good walking distance (5min) to the metro station and it has a small gym you can use anytime it also has free weights. We will definitely come back for a third time.

Convenient hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to major attractions such as Forbidden City, and a short stroll to Tiananmen Square. Metro station is about 3 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and ready to lend a hand in any way. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was clean. No issues about noise despite being only on the second level. Toilet seat is automatic. You can also send your online parcels to the hotel and they will keep them safely for you, likewise food deliveries will be either stored on the front counter for you to self collect or they will use their robot to send it up to you (this takes some time so self collecting is a much more efficient mode) Some slight negatives - although the room was generally clean, I found stray hairs occasionally (eg in the sink) and also saw a small fake eyelash on the bath towel once. The AC wasn’t working (only fan mode was operational) which meant that the room could get warm on hotter days - the staff explained that this was because the weather outside was still cold. During my time, only the first day was warm, and the other days were pretty ok. You can open the window (though very small and with no view) to let some air in, and also use the in-room air purifier to circulate the air. Other than that, the stay was extremely pleasant and staff were also accommodating to let me check out later!

This used to be Penta Hotel, now rebranded as new world tongpai. Located just behind New World Shopping Centre. If you are using the subway, please use Exit C or Exit H. Can also enter into M Cube Shopping Mall on LG floor and exit from Tim Coffee/Tours Bakery (ground floor) if u r using metro.The hotel entrance is just accross the road. Hotel lobby is modern. Room wise is ok and quite nice. Bathroom is slightly dated, and there's some mould between tiles gap. Otherwise, everything else in the room works fine. Their buffet breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Overall, if u want a hotel near the subway and surrounded by malls, this hotel is a good choice

The rooms were clean, and the location was great—close to many shopping malls. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The staff at the reception spoke English and checked us in quickly. The only downside was that the fridge in our room didn’t work, and our medicine spoiled. We asked them to fix or replace the fridge or at least bring us some ice, but the response we got was, *”Take it to the restaurant and leave it in their fridge.”* I think this was unprofessional on your part—if you advertise a fridge in the room, you should either fix it or replace it. We waited for two hours, and in the end, a housekeeper helped by swapping it with a fridge from a neighboring room. Thank you to her!

Room type was perfect for 3 pax family given that there are 2 toilets. However, we were given the first level right next to the recep, which means we could hear all the noises. Sound proofing was also… almost non existent since you could hear everyone walking pass & banging the doors, and even their conversation. It was winter, so there’s a centralised heater in the hotel, if you were to turn on the heater, it gets even warmer especially for the person staying on the second level of the loft. Thus, the only way to solve this was to open the window, and given that we are staying on first level, it means we are opening the window to the main street and have another source of noise coming through as people walk pass. There seems to be some sewage smell too, and daily room cleaning doesn’t seem like room was cleaned. Felt like only towels & floor mats were replaced and that’s it. All in all, room was perfect for 3 pax travellers but just not the greatest that it’s on the first level. Had a really hard time sleeping the entire week. Would probably be better if we were not on first floor. Location is convenient.

Hotel is great for transit passenger. airport pickup and delicious breakfast. Overall, this Hotel in Beijing is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their flight transfers. With its convenient location, friendly staff, and range of amenities, it offers a great value for money and ensures a pleasant stay for all guests.

We booked this hotel last minute vis Trip.com and found it super easy to get to. One downside at the entrance is there is no ramp (we had a toddler with a pram daily) but there are only a few steps so it is easy to get over them. Everything else is great, very well kept rooms and service was always really fast and convenient. The location is really good and is honestly only a 5 min walk to Tuan jie hu station which makes going to all the places really easy. Tai Koo Li is also only a 5 min walk.
