Opposite the hotel is the Tsinghua Shopping Supermarket. There are many food options near the hotel. Service: The service attitude is very good!

The hotel is near to Beijing lu metro station, super convenient, walk through the tee mall and the hotel is between chagee and 24hrs macdonald. The whole area is full of restaurants and street foods. Some 24hrs, some till 2am. Special thanks to 小瑶 at the reception to be connected with us on wechat and answering all our enquires and even able to book table reservation for us if needed. Thumbs up the excellent services. Plus pt is they have 24hrs free laundry machine and gym room too. And the make up service lady at our level was extremely friendly too. Will definitely come back to stay when we are in GZ.

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

It is one of the best hotels in Nanxiong. The service and environment are very good. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk told me that the hotel has prepared iced watermelon and mung bean soup. If needed, I can inform them to deliver it to the room for us, so I rushed This service should be given a big thumbs up. When you enter the room, there is a light fragrance that smells very good. It is clean and equipped with a disposable toilet seat, which is very considerate. In the past, when staying in a hotel, I always had to flush it with boiling water several times. Dare to use [face covering] A very good stay.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean and new. And the amenities are great. The in-room TV has screencasting so I could watch whatever. Breakfast is fine and supper is complimentary. What’s the most special is that the gym room is separated, one person per cubicle with different types of gym machines. There is a TV in each of the gym cubicles which I could do karaoke at the same time. (If the hotel reads this message, please note that some rooms, the TV or the air-conditioning was out of order, please send someone to check and fix it). Don’t have expectation on the view. It’s exceptional given the price and quality. Love it and would definitely come back again!

This hotel is very clean and neat, situated just in front of chao zhou anicent city which is the key tourist attraction of ghe area. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet selection is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and i will be staying there again next time i visit!

Great views and nice little area to stay slightly off town. Not great if you don't self-drive and plan to take taxi. Staff not very helpful

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to bring my parents here, and the hotel did not disappoint! We booked the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The package included delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, as well as unlimited snacks/ dessert of the day, throughout our stay—a really nice touch! What made our experience even better was their new service: a free 3-hour local tour of nearby attractions. Our guide, 小许 (Xiao Xu), was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the sights. If you’re visiting 潮州for the first time and want a relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a good location and a good environment. It is easy to find the hotel by driving. There is a free parking space in front of the door, and there is a parking lot at the back for free. There is an elevator. It is quite large and has many rooms. The facilities in the room are complete and the hygiene is good. The customer service person Xiaolin in the lobby is very good and the service is attentive. There are also free water and drinks. I will stay here again next time.

Stayed at the hotel for one night from 7 to 8 Nov. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a cozy yard area. Specially grateful to Mr 猴赛雷for being so caring and going the extra mile to book a Didi car ride, giving the driver very clear instructions, which helped us reach our next destination safely. Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Shantou!
