Kept our luggage when we were only going to stay there a couple days later. Place was clean and accessible to main shopping area. No smoke smell in the rooms. Only thing is that the hotel entrance is actually under their sister brand Jian Guo, which led to some confusion initially. Would book again nonetheless.

Recommend this hotel! Location is very good. Subway station is in 10 mins. Also next to the hotel you can find a good park, delicious restaurants and caffès. Rooms is very comfortable and staff is really helpful. They gave me a great recommendations for different places that I asked. Also in the hotel you can find good breakfast with great view.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. Very good hotel in location which is very close to IFS building. It is behind the COSMOS building which might be a bit tricky to find. But if visitor use Amap, it will be quite ok to walk to hotel. This help to catch the airport bus at early morning in walking distance. Variety of food has been provided. Room is quite spacious. Location is close to shopping area and very close to the subway which allow me to go everywhere easily.

The location is very convenient and I found that the staff in the hotel is very helpful😭 they give a free upgrade room for us, thanks to 笨嵩嵩 who helps us to check in, all the staff here is very helpful and friendly. The hotel located at the most lively area in Chengdu, is a night market and a lot of bar downstairs, is not far to Taiguli and Chunxi road too. I have a nice stay here, they clean and change our towel everyday🥺 I enjoyed my trip and fall in love with Chengdu🥺 Higly recommended this hotel! Thanks for all the help, I will stay in here again if I go to Chengdu again! P.S: I forgot to take picture about the hotel but definitely a nice stay I swear 🥺

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m Thai and had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff helped arrange a car to Bipenggou, making everything easy for us. A Chinese staff member was very kind and tried hard to talk to us and help, even with the language difference. I really appreciated their effort. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.

The hotel was clean and tidy. We checked out at 3:00 and didn't charge any money. The most important thing was that the hotel drove us to a very nice niche check-in spot, and the scenery was comparable to Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong and other places. They also recommended us a delicious yak beef soup restaurant, and finally sent us to the high-speed rail station. When we come to this hotel later, we can ask the front desk lady to recommend some nice local places.

Location was good if you planning to took a highspeed train at the huanglong station it's only took 10min in the morning. There's also many restaurants around. Room was clean and we really like the bed, because they have a heater for the bed so the bed is warm.

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

This is the best place we have stayed in Chengdu. The whole B&B has a very relaxing atmosphere and the best view of Mt Siguniang. As I really wanted a room with Siguniang view, the boss was very kind to upgrade our room for free with an excellent view. All the rooms are very big and clean and equipped with smart features. It is also near Changping valley and the host could send us to and fro when we went hiking. The hotpot dinner and breakfast provided were very delicious. We love this place and would stay here again when we come back to Siguniang area.

Guests staying at the hotel can also wear ******* clothes for free, and the breakfast is also super rich, including their favorite Yili yogurt.

Pretty old hotel. Room was average, as we were given the old room. Quite clean though. I believed there are some newly renovated rooms. Can walk to Jiuzhaigou entrance along the stream behind the hotel. But about 20-30mins stroll. Quite an enjoyable walk though as you get the view of mountain and stream and row of shops along the walk. The yak meat hot pot restaurant is good. I believe this should be one of the better dining options if you are looking for quality food and service.

The room was very warm. Jiuzhaigou is still very cold at night, so there is no need to worry about not sleeping well at night. We stayed in a standard room. Then, the room was very spacious, the shower was very big, and the bed was very comfortable. Well, in the morning, the hotel had a special car to take us to the scenic spot. Basically, as long as the car was full, it would set off, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious and rich in variety.

An elder in my family went to Jiuzhaigou for a trip. When choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews and finally chose this one. You really made the right choice. The staff here are particularly patient with the elderly, helping to connect to WiFi, turn on the air conditioner, and answer all kinds of questions. The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.
