4-Star Hotels in Sichuan, China

This was a great stay, very central to the city and you can see the beautiful lights at night. It is very close to cafes and great restaurants as well. The place is clean and nice, they also have self service laundry which was a great plus. At reception you can also enjoy a coffee upon asking. The staff were absolutely helpful any time we needed anything.

The room was great, very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's located near Chunxi Road. After checking in, they offered complimentary ice cream and afternoon tea, which made us decide to stay an extra night. We absolutely loved our stay! The kids particularly enjoyed the ice cream from the front desk. Upon checkout, we even received a cute little panda as a gift. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, served on the third and fourth floors, and the facilities were excellent. They even have a robot that delivers food directly to your room when you order takeout!

Everything was great! They provided lots of snacks and even hot spring tickets, which we didn't use. However, the top-floor panoramic tea house was a popular choice for everyone. After 9 PM, seats were in high demand. The view of the Dujiangyan night scene from the 19th floor was absolutely stunning! My only minor complaint is that we were given a room right at the end of the corridor, in a corner, which my child didn't particularly like. The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere, and because it's not directly on the street, it's very quiet, so I slept exceptionally well. The hotel service was also excellent; the laundry service was incredibly convenient. They picked up dirty clothes in the morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, they were washed, dried, and placed back in the room. Housekeeping was always timely and thorough. They offered afternoon tea, and when I casually mentioned to the front desk that we were always out sightseeing and didn't have time to enjoy it, they immediately packed up two portions for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed for three consecutive days with our child, and we were all very satisfied.

33/99  there is Tianfu Square downstairs from hotel. There are restaurants, clothing, stores and other places to visit downstairs people visit their quiet frequently. There is also a lot of food available downstairs. Overall, it is quite good 99/33 

The location is exceptionally good; it’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it convenient for visiting attractions and dining without having to take a long detour. The room is exceptionally clean, and the bedding feels comfortable. I slept soundly at night without any disturbance. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient in processing my check-in. They offered lemon tea and kindly recommended local attractions. The breakfast options were diverse, featuring both Western and Chinese dishes, and the ingredients were fresh. Cleaning was done promptly, and daily replenishment of essential items was meticulous. This place offers an exceptionally good value for money. If I were to visit this city again, I would definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian street. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered both Chinese and Western options, and the dining area was very comfortable. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of order, which led to longer wait times during peak hours. I'm sure this will be resolved once the elevator is fixed. Also, we weren't informed in advance that if you've booked breakfast but can't use it due to an outing, you need to notify them the night before to get a refund. We ended up wasting three breakfasts because we didn't know this policy. Just a heads-up for other guests who have breakfast included. Overall, we had a great stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu, just a few minutes' walk from the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, which is right next to the Chengdu Museum. It's also a convenient 30-minute walk or short taxi ride to Taikoo Li. The location is great, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The service is warm and attentive, making it an excellent value for money. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift, a cute panda, when we checked out!

Although the hotel is located slightly away from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic areas, the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The staff even offered to drive me to nearby places within a 5km radius of the hotel and assisted me with purchasing bus tickets (of course, I reimbursed them). They also created a WeChat group to facilitate communication during my stay, which made everything very convenient. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the variety was somewhat limited. That said, I have no real complaints at all. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the hotel team.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.
