We were very happy with the room. The view is amazing with a small balcony to enjoy the night view of jinjiang river. The service is also phenomenal and speak English quite well. 小罗 is a very helpful and hardworking staff! We were also able to deposit our luggage for our short trip in another city so we don‘t need to carry everything which is a big plus. Location is central and close to Taikoo Li. We will come back!

I took my 70-year-old mother on a 'lazy' trip to Mount Emei, and I highly recommend the Jinding Xinxin Cloud Sea Room! The location is super convenient, very close to the cable car station, so you don't have to struggle with climbing. The butler was incredibly attentive, reminding us of high-altitude precautions in advance. After check-in, they proactively helped us turn on the oxygen machine and showed meticulous care throughout our stay. The room view is absolutely stunning; you can watch the sea of clouds right from your bed. My mother felt safe and comfortable. The restaurant's food was delicious too! This trip to Emei was made extra special by your thoughtful service. Sincerely grateful, and I highly recommend it for those traveling with seniors!

The hotel's location is superb, less than 100 meters from the Dujiangyan Railway Station (Lidui Park Station), making travel incredibly convenient. From the hotel's scenic rooms, you can even spot the仰天窝 (Yangtianwo) Giant Pandas and the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon at Nanqiao Bridge, with stunning night views. The tea room on the top floor offers an even better vantage point for enjoying the scenery while sipping tea. In the basement, there's the 'Yu Hot Spring' with soaking pools to help you unwind and relieve fatigue. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's overall environment was incredibly quiet, so I didn't have to worry about being disturbed and got some really good rest. Dining and parking were both very convenient. The lady at the front desk was also super warm and friendly, patiently answering all my questions. The experience was absolutely perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This hotel boasts a beautiful Chinese-style courtyard with an elegant atmosphere. If you appreciate a modern Chinese aesthetic and a peaceful garden setting, this is an excellent choice. It seamlessly blends smart technology with traditional artistic charm. Located on Renmin Middle Road in Qingyang District, it's just about a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Square and right next to the Grand Theater and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making its location absolutely superb.

The accommodation was very good, the only minor drawbacks being that the heater took a little while to heat up and only two of the small hot springs were open (but that's understandable, probably because there weren't many guests during this period).The staff were very helpful. They even offered a ride to the bipenggou entrance. 😊

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining and getting around. While the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-maintained. This will definitely be my go-to place to stay next time I'm in Chengdu. A special thanks again to employee 483.689!

The lady (staff member) was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. We have a two-year-old child, and she knew we might need more water, so she told us we could ask for more if the room ran out. She also gave us some tips on how to entertain a child during our trip. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

The breakfast at Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel was absolutely amazing, with a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the authentic Sichuan flavors were incredibly satisfying! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and there was even a thoughtful welcome gift for the May Day holiday – excellent attention to detail. The butler's service after we checked in made our experience warm and comfortable. Highly recommend!
