Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactive. As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

Staying at the Richeng Mingren Hotel in Chengdu was a fantastic choice for our trip. It's right in the city center, and the E exit of Metro Line 1 is just outside, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and shopping. We could easily reach Jinli, Wuhou Temple, and Kuanzhai Alley by subway. Plus, getting to Dujiangyan Scenic Area and Mount Qingcheng is now a breeze with direct intercity trains for only 10 yuan. Chengdu, you definitely get a huge thumbs up! 👍 Now, about the Richeng Mingren Hotel itself: even though it's a bit older, the service is absolutely outstanding. The front desk staff initially gave me a room that felt a bit too modern with too many glass walls. When I mentioned it, they immediately switched my room, which I really appreciated. The service staff were also incredibly responsive; whenever guests needed something, they were there right away to help. This 'customer first' attitude deserves a lot of praise. The hotel is beautiful and perfect for photos. The hot tub and shower both have excellent water pressure, filling up the large tub quickly with plenty of hot water. The room is spacious, and most importantly, the service is outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They proactively brought us fruit, and any questions we had via WeChat were answered immediately. Traveling with kids meant we had a lot going on – milk tea spilled on the bed, accidentally locking a child in the room, then seven or eight food deliveries arriving – but they handled everything without a hint of impatience, resolving issues instantly. Oh, and food deliveries go to the front desk, and a staff member brings them to your room, always asking if it's convenient first, so no strangers just walk in. When we left, they even gave our child a really nice mosquito repellent bracelet. Our experience was fantastic; the service rivals that of a five-star hotel.

This hotel is located in Pengfeng Village, Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou, about an 8-10 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. The view is absolutely stunning, with a four-story-tall pine tree right outside the window. Although the room was small, it was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even provided complimentary welcome fruit, and the apples were truly delicious—crispy on the outside and sweet on the inside. The breakfast was a Chinese-style spread, and the organic cauliflower, fried dough sticks, and tea eggs were all excellent. They also offer thoughtful services like free Hanfu try-ons and sutra copying. In the evening, there's unlimited coffee and 'laoying tea' (eagle tea). To top it all off, they gave us a box of laoying tea as a farewell gift, which was both beautiful and tasty. Next time I'm looking to watch the sunrise, Jinding Xinxin Hotel will be my first choice.

One suggestion: now that the weather is warm, could the toilet seat temperature be lowered a bit? Also, could the soy sauce and vinegar bottles in the noodle-cooking area be placed in smaller containers? It's difficult to measure the amount from a whole bottle. Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10. The driver went above and beyond — he helped us figure out whether we needed Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and made sure we got to the right place. He even stayed with us until he was certain we wouldn’t get lost. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, as well as many shops where you can buy souvenirs, local sweets, and even pick up another panda as a keepsake. There is also plenty of local street food nearby. Right next to the hotel, a hot pot restaurant hosts the famous face-changing mask show twice a day. We attended the evening performance from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, which was a wonderful experience — enjoying a delicious meal while watching such a beautiful and iconic show before our departure.
