The room was exactly as pictured, and the upgraded room type was even more spacious. It had a smart toilet, and the shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Even though the window faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. After more than ten days of traveling in Xinjiang, I had long run out of my own lotion. Only three hotels on my trip provided lotion, so when I discovered this one did, I was genuinely thrilled! Finally, I could relieve the dryness and itchiness on my legs – huge praise for that! The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good too. Plus, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is super convenient. While a taxi to the airport isn't expensive, having this service just feels incredibly thoughtful.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, truly one of a kind! It's right inside the Tianshan Airport terminal. Just walk straight out of the arrival gate, turn right at the very end, and you're there! Even flight attendants and pilots stay here, so you know it's a solid choice! The price is incredible; under 300, it's the best value for money you'll find. I booked it for 413 on Dolphin, but then saw it for only 280 on Piggy (Alitrip)! I immediately contacted Dolphin for a refund of the difference. The facilities are super new, and the soft furnishings are top-notch. The towels, cups, and duvets all feel high-quality. It's truly rare to find such a well-maintained hotel in Xinjiang! For some reason, the room was very warm, but they provided a humidifier, and they were very generous with bottled water. For lunch, they have a set meal of rice with toppings for only 21 yuan!

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

We brought our child to Turpan this time and chose the Superior Twin Room at Huozhou Mercure Hotel. The experience far exceeded our expectations, so I must write a thorough review! 1. **Comfortable and Spacious Room, Kid-Friendly** The Superior Twin Room was a good size. The bedding was clean and soft, and the air conditioning was powerful, which was a lifesaver in hot Turpan! 2. **Thoughtful Details, Kids Had a Blast** The hotel knew we were traveling with a child and proactively prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes. The windows had safety locks, and the power outlets were placed with child safety in mind, which gave us parents great peace of mind. 3. **Excellent Location** It's not far from Grape Valley and Flaming Mountain scenic areas, just about a ten-minute drive. Downstairs, there are local restaurants and a supermarket, making it super convenient to buy water and fruits. In the evening, we could even walk to nearby squares and restaurants. 4. **Cleanliness and Service, Both Excellent** The entire hotel was very clean, with no strange odors in the hallways or rooms.

For those visiting Urumqi, I highly recommend the Meilun Hotel near the High-Speed ​​Railway Station! The location is incredibly convenient, just 2 kilometers from the station, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off service, making travel hassle-free. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive; the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, responding quickly to any needs. Cleanliness is impeccable, with spotless bedding and bathroom fixtures, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. The late-night snacks are a delightful surprise—enjoying delicious food late at night is so comforting. As a hotel under the Huazhu Group, its quality is consistently high, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers!

The rooms are well-equipped, the environment is nice, the location is excellent, transportation is convenient, the front desk service is good, and the rooms are very clean. The suite was spacious and just as clean and tidy as depicted in the hotel's promotional photos! The location is also incredibly convenient, very close to Hetian 2nd Street and the Grand Bazaar, so it's lively right outside the door. For this price and location, it's absolutely fantastic value for money! The breakfast was also plentiful, and all the front desk staff were very enthusiastic – their attitude makes all the difference! Definitely a five-star review!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are very professional, and the Dream Time double room is spacious, well-soundproofed, and I slept soundly. The room has a refrigerator, which is very practical. The laundry room with dryer in the common area is clean and easy to use, and there's also a gym. The facilities are comprehensive, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again!

The Hampton by Hilton boasts excellent facilities and is incredibly clean. The environment is elegant and the hotel is centrally located in Gaochang, Turpan, making it very convenient to get around. What truly sets this hotel apart is their outstanding service. Every day, small gifts are delivered to the room, and the room itself is meticulously cleaned. From the moment we stepped in, all the staff greeted us warmly. A special shout-out to Gulimirana at the front desk, who even gave us a special May Day gift from the hotel. I must also emphasize how fantastic the breakfast at Hampton by Hilton is! There's a wide variety of dishes, truly something for everyone. All in all, this trip left us with a deep impression, and we'll definitely be staying at the Hampton by Hilton again on our next visit to Turpan.

This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!
