We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

The food is ok, but the hotel is remote. It would be better if there is hot water in the swimming place. In addition, the hotel elevator takes a long time to wait. All the food in the hotel requires service charges.

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

Excellent experience. My 6-year-old son enjoyed the hotel too much. People are willing to meet any need for the experience to be unmatched. Having the possibility to enjoy the beach with all the security is something fundamental for the rest.

We have feelings about our stay. For the price and location, it certainly worth staying a few nights. We think it can be more comfortable for couples than for groups of friends, because the room is quite small, although we loved the wall and how it was organized. The bathroom is just behind the bed, separated only by a wall and a door, which can remain a little privacy. The check-in process was quick and simple, and access to the hotel and the room is made only with keys, which is practical.

GGuest UserThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

GGuest User4 night stay over the Christmas break, warmly greeted by Lordi in reception, our room was 306, first floor balcony with hammock, overlooking the pool and beach beyond, comfy bed and hot showers every day! The food was overall good,tortilla available for breakfast if you request, seafood dishes and chucharron very good. Particular praise for Juan and Kevin at the beach bars, Mike and Victor in the restaurant and Lordi for looking after us and her excellent coffee.

Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

The location is unbeatable, right between Getsemaní and the historic center, allowing you to explore Cartagena easily on foot. There are also many dining options nearby. The decor is very thoughtful and creates a cozy atmosphere where you feel truly at ease. The staff deserves a special mention: always attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any need. It's a modern hotel with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWonderful time in Cartagena. Travelled with my husband for my birthday. Stayed 5 nights. The staff is lovely; very friendly and welcoming and attentive. The city is absolutely magical. We loved everything about our stay. The food was excellent; had amazing breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it really surpassed our expectations. We just left and can't wait to be back! Special thanks to Christian at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us plan things to do in Cartagena which made our trip extra special.

GGuest UserThe Hotel itself was alright. It was a cute place to stay and directly at the sea. Unfortunately the water wasn‘t that clear as you would expect from carribean sea. The breakfast wasn‘t enough and not even drinking water was included. Our room was very small and something smelled like pee. Its very hard to get somewhere by car because the only road to the hotel is total sh*t. Staff was friendly but very slow as well.
