The photos of this beautiful hotel don't do it justice. The room is bright, spacious, clean and the bathroom is very modern! My partner and I had been travelling Sri Lanka and India for a month and we both agreed this bed was the most comfortable we had found! The venue is also very very safe with lots of security and checkpoints for baggage. They also watched our bags for us after we checked out so we could go to the city for a while! 5/5 ✨

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. Very nice breakfast. Pretty much every single member of staff we encountered was helpful, polite and well trained. We particularly would like to thank the couple of staff who hard of hearing, they were super helpful and we conversed in sign language. Good to see, please thank them on our behalf!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and i must say, it was an outstanding experience! the staff were incredibly cooperative, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They accommodated my special requests with ease and made sure i felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel staff is great and attentive. I would say they can improve on the cleanliness of the washroom. I stayed for 3 nights and the stay is fairly good. Food is great specially the breakfast items. We ordered room service and A la Carte as well,whereas both were great. Loved the hospitality of security staff and FO staff,F&B guys also. Always smiling!☺️

Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.
