⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Hotel Urban Lion I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Urban Lion. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near IGI Airport, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable stay in Delhi. I would definitely choose Hotel Urban Lion again!

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. He really goes out of his way to ensure I had a smooth check-in experience. It’s truly a place where you can relax with peace of mind.

I had a really comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket. The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices. The staff were always helpful and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. A special shout-out to Mr. Deshpal from security — very professional, always smiling, and genuinely made us feel welcome and safe. Really appreciated his warm service!

Good experience, good option to stay near to international airport, One inconvenience I faced during my stay was with the charging sockets. I had chargers with Chinese slim flat pins, but the hotel sockets mainly supported Indian round pins. Since I was carrying only one multiple plug adapter and had 3 devices to charge, it became a bit difficult to manage. It would be great if the hotel could provide universal adapters or more compatible charging options for international travelers.

It was advertised as 4 stars, but it's really only a 3-star place. Nothing special. I lasted 2 nights and luckily was out sightseeing all day.

Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi. Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options. Vakue for money
