Hotel is very old. Lobby is very nice but rooms need major upgrading. Booked 2 rooms. Staffs are nice. Ut they just are not ysed to smiling at guests. But request were fulfilled even if not immediate.

A really easy option for an over night stay in Delhi, close to the airport. Quick check in, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little tired but still adequate for the stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A good range of options. The fresh dosa are a must try!!!

Pretty happy with this hotel. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the B1 was amazing. Price was great and taste was great too! Service was good, just hoping all of them are consistent as some were amazing but some were so so. Prajat was the best and made sure he went above and beyond. The best thing also here was the insulation. The sound was not coming inside the room which was fantastic as new delhi traffic is terrible and it is very noisy but the room is completely sound proof!!! Great!

This is a very plush Holiday inn which we didn’t expect. Everything is great and there are plenty options for food. Security lift and all feels very secure. We enjoyed a nice break although it rained so we didn’t try the pool. But pricey for food which matches the hotel standard. Staff excellent. Everything immaculate.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had ***y suitcases banged into them, towels washed too ***y times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC
