The hotel has buses to take passengers to and from the train station, which is very considerate. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the cable car station; the hotel provides a pass for the cable car and buses in the area, which is very considerate. The room is big enough, but the only drawback is that there are no basic facilities such as a hot water kettle and a refrigerator, and there are only two water cups. In the freezing mountain environment, it is not possible to boil hot water for hot drinks (such as hot coffee or chocolate), which is very disappointing. convenient. A great hotel with many facilities such as pool and sauna, very good food, very good and friendly service. We felt well. Bade coat, kids playroom, air hockey, table tennis plate and much more, so also ideal for families. Eat in the restaurant.

The only downside is that on the hillside, it is cold in winter, the ground is slippery, and it is dangerous to go up the slope.
The environment is first-class, lake view, land view, mountain view all inclusive!
The spa is good, but there is not much space, ten people are very reluctant.

Fortunately, there is a special car transfer. The room is large and the number of tea bags is abundant.

Went to Maienfeld to visit the Heidiland. The hotel was very convenient and around 3 minutes walk from the train station. Hotel itself is big situated in a small and quiet village. Room was good with very basic amenities. Nice hotel and with WiFi. Nice garden as well and our room was facing it. Will definitely stay here again if visiting heidiland again.

Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there.

It was a beautiful and nice hotel.
I used it to catch the Glacier Express. It's one station away from San Moritz, but it wasn't that inconvenient.
The people at the reception are friendly. There is no hair dryer in the room, but they will lend you it as soon as you go to the reception.

Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big
However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests.
But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning.

Breakfast is relatively good which mainly provide cheese and hams.
Shared toilet didn’t get cleaned for few days.

GGuest UserWe booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.

The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.

ミミニックIt took less than 10 minutes by bus from Chur Station to arrive. There was a smell of fertilizer around the hotel, but you get used to it.
The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming.
The room was clean, and I was able to watch various subscriptions on the TV by logging in with my account.
There was a McDonald's next door, and a supermarket nearby, so I had no trouble staying there.
Best of all, the breakfast was the best!

GGuest UserLocation is really great, very close to the hiking trail we went. They also did a free upgrade for our room as the period we stayed were not high season. Room view is super nice. Room also very spacious. Shower is hot and strong. Definitely delightful experience.
