"We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too.
My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter."

"The hotel has quite a few rooms, so there's always a lively atmosphere. The room layout is typical of a business hotel, and the price matches the facilities and amenities. It's probably comparable to prices in China. So, you can't really ask for too much, but it definitely offers good value for money. Housekeeping was quite slow; they hadn't come to clean by 3 PM on the second day. I just asked for fresh towels and water instead of a full cleaning. You can tell their efficiency isn't very high. Didn't try the hotel breakfast, because Ipoh has too many great food options outside!"

"The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil.
The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself.
When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool.
I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out.
I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock."

"Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless.
Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that.
This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely.
Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅"

"The first room the hotel gave me wasn't great and had a few issues (I'd recommend checking it when you check in). After I switched rooms, the overall experience was good. The gym and pool are both well-equipped. The hotel location is excellent, right above a mall, and it's super convenient to walk to Taiping Lake and the hawker center (around 5 minutes)."

"We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus.
Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time.
Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.”
Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us."

SSam 龙If you drive in Malaysia, this is a good hotel within 5 mins drive to Chinatown. It offer free secured parking. The rooms is clean and the bed is comfortable. The front desk reception is friendly and provide and efficient check in and check out service. The only downside of this hotel is the windows soundproofing is weak. You can hear the sound of traffic. If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, you have to ask for the quiet side of building facing the mountains and away from the main road.

1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply)
The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional.
The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint)
The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet)
They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!)
As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead.
Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel
provided.Very inconsiderate!!!
The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!!
If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!!
I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

JJennlynzThe rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
