Stayed one night at this very nice hotel. Easy check-in, good view from 15th floor of Ipoh, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, WiFi included and the air-con worked well. We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

Spacious room for the same category of hotel. Room amenities also complete. They even gave local snack food n 2 cans of carbonated drinks. Hotel didn't provide bottle drinking water but at every floor, 2 units of water dispenser were placed and the filtered water taste good. Only one bad thing, room's window sound proofing were poor. Can hear noise from outside of window.

The culinary offerings were a highlight, with both the food and mocktails proving to be exceptionally delicious, complementing Ipoh's renowned food scene. The swimming pool was notably clean, and our spacious city-view room provided a stunning panorama. We highly recommend requesting this view. The staff's attentiveness was evident throughout our stay. They consistently greeted us warmly, adding a delightful touch to our daily experience. Room service was prompt and courteous, although we found it more efficient to request additional amenities, such as pillows and blankets, directly from the staff on our floor rather than via the often-busy phone line. One area for improvement is the parking gantry, which experienced occasional glitches, causing delays for several vehicles. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. 1st time to Ipoh and happy that I chose this hotel. It is very convenient to mall, eatery n places of interest. The check in was very smooth and fast.  Am delighted that I was able to checked into my room at around 9am instead of 3pm . Room is clean and spacious with nice view too. The only thing are the toilet door and the main door is too old very hard to close 😅 other than that everything is good😁The b’fast spread is very simple nothing to be picky abt , just nice to fill up your tummy.  Thank you for your hospitality and will sure to recommend to friends.

After stay only we realise this is a malay hotel and very old hotel. i cannot say its bad because the staff is nice and friendly. Just what we feel the family room we booked it's not that new or modern design.. it can feel it's totally malay style and also the location is not near town area because we take cab to town need at least 25 minutes to reach.

It’s a brand new apartment and we are the first guests to move in. We are so lucky. The apartment is brand new, you can make your own breakfast, there are two bathrooms, the room is big, we live on the 17th floor, the view of the apartment is great, there is Parkson behind, there are supermarkets and shopping malls, life is convenient, it is only a two-kilometer walk from the main attraction, Concubine Lane, it is suitable for Citywalk charges a deposit of 200 Malaysian ringgits and local hotel taxes upon check-in, which is 3 Malaysian ringgits a day. I paid in cash directly for the convenience of refund. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
