Had a pleasant stay at M Roof Hotel & Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern design and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient with many eateries nearby and easy parking available. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast could have more variety, but overall it was a good value stay and I would consider coming back again. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more clearly designated disabled parking spaces closer to the entrance to improve accessibility and convenience for guests with mobility needs.

Worth paying and stay. Very comfortable and best amenities. BilaBila Mart provide any needs too. But not as advertised there was no mineral water bottles provided when we checked in. The toiletbowl cover was lose and need to be repaired. The toilet also pooling because too slow water disperse. Need to be cleared before next guest checks in🙏🏻. We were happy stayed there but our complaints need to be addressed to ensure next guests satisfied too.

Awesome hotel, felt welcoming while stepping in, smiling staff everywhere including housekeeping and restaurant server, Appreciate to Ms Jojo at the front desk who given us wonderful connecting room due to my handicap mom, Overall cleanliness is great, Thanks to the housekeeper Rahim who take care of room 515&516, My family enjoyed the stay so much especially my kid, love the pool and games room .The only downside was the pool entrance which is wet and slippery which needs more attention. One of a unforgettable hotel so far at Ipoh with beautiful scenery and people, Thanks AC Marriot, Hope to see you guys again ☺️

Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless. Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that. This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely. Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅

Even though the hotel has been established for decades, the rooms are still fresh and clean. I read not so good reviews and many occasions I was reluctant to book. This time around I decided to give it a try and was amazingly surprised how wonderful it turned out to be. I will definitely comeback again and stay at Hotel Excelsior. Receptionist at the front desk was helpful. I purposely took photos of the room when I entered to show others what a difference it made my day. Ignore the other reviewers and note many be the management took notice and has improved since then ☺️

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable. Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨ Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

This hotel in Ipoh offers the best hotel services within an serviced apartment setting that provides the best of both homes and hotel. Location is right in the middle of Ipoh town and beside the biggest mall in Ipoh, Ipoh Parade. It also provides free parking to the hotel guest and walkable distance to all the best restaurants in town eg. chicken rice and horfun, dimsum, kopitiam and many other cafes. Must visit if you are in Ipoh town.

The door had a little problem but other than that everything is splendid. We were lucky to be able to watch the LWOT Christmas fireworks from the balcony. It was amazing since it’s so close to us.

Great service! The location is excellent and it's very clean. This time, I stayed with my grandfather, father, and uncle in their quadruple room. The space is quite large, and there's an additional small area with a sofa and such. Overall, it's pretty good and very suitable for elderly people and family-style living. (Attached a photo of the cafe downstairs, haha!)
