Staff are very friendly. Free breakfast with a classic touch (old style coffee) and the free entry ticket to Lost World of Tambun from the Hotel is a BIG PLUS point. Room is clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in an residential area. Need to book a grab or drive to places for food and shopping. But this hotel is comfortable and affordable. Hotel staff is friendly. Self service laundry at level 3 Room is of a decent size, comfortable bed, good water pressure and ac is cold. Only TV channels cable is not very stable. It has a cafe on ground floor. This is my 3rd staying in this hotel. Will not be my last time staying here

I had a wonderful stay at M Roof Hotel in Ipoh. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great — easy to get to Ipoh’s famous food spots and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall design, which felt fresh and stylish. Definitely good value for money.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

Hotel was great, good breakfast spread, walking distance to the mall n the night market. Short distance to airport. Next to a few good massage spots and also a few convenient stores!

Great location, and the room was new and clean. The bed was decent, and the AC was perfectly cold. The water pressure in the shower was just right. The bathroom mirror was well-lit, making it easy to do makeup. It also came with a full-length mirror, and the pillows were soft.

We're frequent travellers to Ipoh on monthly basis. As we arrived early before 3pm this time, counter staff was working on allowing about 2 hours of early check-in, appreciated. Vehicle parking process was well explained. Restaurant staff were friendly during breakfast session.

The hotel is newly open in 2025. The studio room I stayed was spacious and comfy for 2 persons. The facilities inside the room make it a perfect accommodation for both business travellers or families. There are various styles of cafes, bars and restaurants just within 15 minutes walk, plus the high grade shopping mall, i.e. Ipoh Parkson Parade, is just across the street. That means everything you need are within walking distance. I would come back if I visit Ipoh again.

Stayed at Symphony Hotel, Ipoh for a business trip with my colleague. The location is convenient, close to local eateries and just a short drive from the city center. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities suitable for work and rest. Check-in was smooth, and staff were polite and helpful. A good option for a short business stay in Ipoh.

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.
