Good location as near to downtown, many choice for food and tasty, staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and clean with excellent service, and has walkable distance to Thamel. There is security officer in hotel entrance which made me feel safe, and also a chinese restaurant with good quality of food. All of the staff can speak very well Chinese and English so communication is not a problem in the hotel. The most attractive point of the hotel is the owner 小明 who is also a travel company owner. He helped me arranged airport transport, two-day Pokhara trip as well as one-day sunrise and city-sightseeing trip which were all very well organised with reasonable price. He speaks fluent Mandarin and I communicated with him via wechat for all the arrangements (just email the hotel to ask for his wechat). I can truly feel that the owner and all staff made best effort to make every visitor to feel warm and welcoming like a home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kathmandu.

Everything was just perfect! Had I known this hotel earlier, I kist have been stayed longer. The buffet food was exceptional. The service they gave was outstanding. I had a problem with my bath tub and fridge but both were solved quickly. Location is exceptional. In less than a minute, you’ll find numerous souvenir shops and restaurants. You can even walk to Durbar Square and Monkey Temple like what I did! My room with the bathtub and balcony was supra relaxing, the bed was ultra comfy. The garden cafe is a plus. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

Room was very small which I did not expect . The room I book was deluxe room but it does not look like at all . I told them upon check out but I got the answer ,it is a deluxe room so better property should change the name as standard. Staff was telling something we should ask upon check if want to have bigger room or something which does not make any sense to me. They should give us more information or choice if there is . They should not pass the ball to us saying we are the one should ask for it. Anyway staff were polite and very helpful .

The location is in the downtown area. After entering the gate, you have to walk a long way inside to get there. It is still quite quiet. The room is not very big. The facilities are also average. The shower water is not bad. The service score is not too high, mainly because we booked so far in advance. As a result, when we arrived, they said they couldn't find our order. It took a long time. Although they looked at my order, they still said they would contact me the next day because they were not sure I paid. The other service staff were all good and greeted politely. We booked a long time in advance. We found that the price dropped as we got closer. The breakfast was good.

It's a small hotel squeezed into a small alley. It's a decent hotel with all the facilities you need. It's not expensive. The surrounding area is very lively and it's convenient to travel. It's within walking distance to Durbar Square. The service staff at the front desk were smiling and quite friendly. As for the room cleaning, we stayed for two days, and the bath towels were not changed on the second day, and the small bottles of purified water were not placed, especially for the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is not very big, and there were two waiters standing aside, which seemed to be a lot of redundancy. , it makes people feel uncomfortable watching what dishes you take.

Get your currency before you arrive or take enough to convert there, the atm machines are expensive Taxi from airport to Themal should be around 350 rupees working on 50 rupees per km plys 30 rupees start charge. You will be hounded relentlessly by people from the second you leave the plane for tour services etc. It may seem impolite but dont make eye contact, say no thank you and keep walking, otherwise you will spend your entire trip speaking to them. Right now its cold at night, pack accordingly. Be prepared to pay for everything, every temple, every place of historical interest - foreigners are charged around 1000-2000 rupees each time. E.g. all the Durbar squares, main stupas and temples. Don't assume that because Nepal is a developing country it is cheap. It isn't. In fact i found it comparable to some developed countries and not cheaper than say Thailand. A meal would cost me around 1000 rupees. In a smaller more local place you may pay 500. Don't take your new trainers, it's a very dirty, dusty city but exactly what you would expect if you've ever seen it on TV - it's all part of the experience. For exploring all of the main parts of Kathmandu, id say 5 days is a good amount of time. I recommend the everest helicopter tour but on that note i will say that tours are very expensive here, more expensive than even Hong Kong, Thailand, etc!! I ended up walking to the main temples, Chandragiri, Bakhtapur for the more local experience.

The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes away from Boudha Square. The rooms are spacious. The rooms on the higher floors can directly see Boudha and the city of Kathmandu. The hotel is newly built, so it is still very clean. The front desk can help call a taxi, but there is no money exchange. The facilities are average, the breakfast tastes average, people take a shower together or the water is not hot at night. The service attitude is quite good, and the hotel sockets do not need converters.

The hotel service is very good, the front desk and the guard are very warm, the location is close to the airport, it is not very easy to find. Ctrip's telephone customer service is really getting better and better, like one!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were polite and professional. In dine food was great, although little disappointed with breakfast as were little options for veg. Roof top ambience was great. Recommended !

Beautiful hotel with more elegant facilities.

The rooms have balconies, the hotel service is good, the food is very delicious and especially recommended.

Location and the ambiences of the hotel was perfect! Since there was a conference going on, our rooms were not allocated as per booked. The first few hours of getting the right room was a hassle. But after sometime they managed a nice room for us even though I didn't get the cottage room as booked. Overall, good!
