"This was my first time visiting Abha, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with only a few minor issues, such as the soundproofing of the rooms, where all sounds were audible, and the room service not changing the towels during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. I would also like to thank all the respectful and helpful staff."

"The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions. However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive. The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point. Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement."

"It is about 15 minutes drive from Abuja Airport and is easy to understand along the ring road surrounding the city. The car street was intense outside, but when I closed the window, I didn't mind the sound. It was a relatively new hotel, so it was nice to have multiple outlets at the bedside and a refrigerator and washing machine, but it was a pity that the Wi-Fi was broken and could not be used. The staff were generally kind."
