"I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pratap Mahal. The establishment clearly prioritizes appearances, but attention to detail is completely lacking. Just look at the state of cleanliness of the bathrooms: frankly deplorable for a hotel of this standard. The meal ordered in the dining room was absolutely not up to my expectations—it tasted like frozen food, with no flavor or effort put into it. Another very problematic point: the staff entered my room without my permission, which is unacceptable. The hotel is also quite isolated and offers a car service for €30 for 3 hours, a clearly excessive price considering the cost in India. Following these problems, the manager came in person to apologize. The meal in the dining room was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we were offered a room upgrade. I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. I ultimately decided to leave the hotel a night early. Despite my non-refundable reservation, I do not recommend it."
