"كانت هذه أسوأ تجربة لي في جميع رحلاتي. تم إعطائي غرفة مطلة على الطريق السريع بدلًا من غرفة مطلة على البحر كما هو مذكور في الحجز، بحجة عدم توفر غرف أخرى. العزل الصوتي معدوم تمامًا. كانت غرفتي رقم 206، وربما تعاني الغرف من207 إلى 210 من نفس المشكلة. الغرفة نفسها نظيفة وواسعة، والأسرة مريحة، لكن الضوضاء أفسدت الإقامة بالكامل . This was the worst experience I've had in all my travels. I was given a room facing the highway instead of the sea view room I booked, with the excuse that no other rooms were available. Sound insulation was completely absent. My room was 206, and rooms 207 to 210 might suffer from the same issue. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable, but the noise completely ruined the stay."

"I am currently staying at this hotel, and I have been here for four nights. In terms of location, I can say it is very, very far from the city center, and it is an hour’s distance to the city center. The breakfast is good; it has a lot of variety. And in terms of cleanliness, the hotel is very clean. The staff’s behavior is also very polite. However, in my opinion, I would not recommend using this hotel, because even though it has an outdoor pool, and it is by the beach, with both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a very clean spa, Trabzon is a city where you need to go out and explore all the time. And this hotel, since it is very far from the city center, you cannot make use of the facilities in the city or visit the sights in the city."

"Great hotel! Came with family, 2 rooms in the room. Each room has a wardrobe, refrigerator, table with dressing table, TV and air conditioners. Exit to the balcony and sea view. A small minus is that when the windows are open you can hear the roar of cars from the road. On the -1 floor there is a wonderful, tasty restaurant with a sea view. There is a beach, but a bit dirty. The parking is very small, probably for 5-6 cars. The staff is very nice. They speak a little English."
