"Check in is a sightseeing site in Hashimi, where the service staff kindly guide you how to explore the island and how to stay. The hotel is very close to the port, only a 5-minute walk away. It is a quaint Japanese-style building with a modern hotel interior. It is very clean, bright and dry and wet bathroom, spacious and comfortable. I live in a single room this time, facing the sea, the scene is beautiful, I like it very much!"

"I made a reservation, but found out that due to a change in flight time, the ferry transfer wouldn't work out, so I called to make good use of my free time, as it wasn't an international flight, and that's where I got this message??? They only answer the phone after 9pm and tell me to call back, which I can't help, but even within that time they told me to press this number if I was making a reservation, and this number if I was with a travel agency, and no matter how many numbers I pressed I was directed to an email and couldn't get through. As a last resort I pressed the number for the travel agency and was finally able to get through. In any case, the hotel didn't have a concierge function and their attitude was like "we're so great, it's up to the customer to figure it out," so I canceled."
