Blackrock tsogosun was an excellent venue giving us the full range of services needed to cater for ppl all over South Africa and internationally for this event from accomodation for the weekend, to our breakfasts and our gala night of events at the Imbizo conference venue. The head of banqueting Andre and his team were over the top fantastic people. Going beyond their duty to cater for our halaal options and veg curries and even roti Set up of venue was so excellent. They worked with us towards such a memorable event. For the pricing their value for money exceeded all our expectations. Our friends sat till late night at the pool area, in the foyer and in the conference room they catered to our every whim and fancy. excellent well maintained property, pristine and manicured lawns...a delight to just sit and enjoy the views Hotel rooms were very well maintained and all amenities needed were there. Again value for money compared to even b and b who charge much much more in the Newcastle area Breakfast was so varied and plentiful we couldn't do justice to all that was placed on the buffet. What a great team at Blackrock from the reception staff to the housekeepers ...I can say as a top reviewer that Blackrock is s star in the tsogo flagship."
