"We stayed in another Drury before and we repeated. Good enough but not as much as the other one in San Antonio. As for the service... we arrived around 1 AM (previously booked) and nobody was at the front desk... for almost 30 minutes. Breakfast was not as complete as in the other facility, either. Good, but not as much as our first experience with Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio, which was exceptional."

"The front desk was friendly but tried to charge us for breakfast even though I booked the option for the room with breakfast. After I showed them on the app they changed it but we never woke up early enough to get down to breakfast on time anyways. SMH Anyways the cleaning staff was always busy and kind in the hallways. Gym was well equipped and a nice indoor pool. Liked that it was back behind the other hotels on the main road which offered a sene of safety and quietness."

"Perfect place if you're doing Route 66. But if you're not from the United States, be careful because we had trouble checking in. Normally, they do it via text message and send you a code, but since we had a Spanish phone number, they didn't send it to us. We arrived there at 11 PM, unaware of this, and there was no one at reception, even though they state they have 24-hour reception. After several calls and quite a while, we managed to get them to email us the link to check in."
