"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful, under-appreciated part of Greece. “Design” gets in the way of function, at times, though. No signage to parking or reception. Dinner was good but wine prices left a bad taste. Cheapest glass was €12 (in Greece!). It was good but they should offer a cheaper option for people who just want a simple glass. To add insult to injury, the pour was tiny."

"Nice place and convenient location right on the center of Dimitsana. We had the front facing room on the 1st floor. Very clean and tidy place, very friendly owner. On a big downside, is that the whole village teenagers are gathering, at nights, right below the room balcony, and it is a very annoying noise. In our case more than 15-20 persons were yelling/laughing just below our room until 2:30 in the morning. Strong attention point esp. for weekends and public holidays."

"We had the pleasure of staying in this guesthouse for three nights. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, a fridge, a balcony with a table and two chairs that also afforded a stunning view of the mountains beyond. Breakfast was excellent and makes for a good start to the day. The hosts, Panagiota and her husband, are lovely people who will help in making suggestions for walks if required. The location is just a 5 minute walk from the village centre and the tavernas for your evening meal. Another positive we enjoyed was the nighttime silence for that peaceful sleep."

"UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR WITH ZERO SERVICE, WE BOOKED A ROOM AND PAYED A MONTH EARLIER, IN COMMUNICATION THAT I HAD WITH MRS MARIA FROM RESERVATIONS, BEFORE OUR TRIP, SO THAT WE WOULD BE GIVEN CLARIFICATIONS ABOUT IT WITH THE ROOM, THIS RESERVATION OFFICER WAS CALLING US ON THE PHONE AND SHE SEEMS ANNOYED THAT WE ASKED FOR SOME RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE BOOKING. WHEN WE ASKED US TO CONTACT THE MANAGER - IN CHARGE OF THE HOTEL, SHE TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO ONE AND HANG UP THE PHONE. SHE ASKED US NOT TO DO EVERYTHING ELECTRONICALLY AND IN PERSON, WITHOUT P ARAMIKA WILLINGNESS ON HER SIDE TO SERVE OR EXPLAIN MORE GENERALLY . UNACCEPTABLE AND IMPERSONAL BEHAVIOR FOR A ROOM THAT COST 368 EUROS PER NIGHT. WE HAVE MADE MANY TRAVELS ABROAD AND DOMESTIC BUT SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR, FIRST TIME WE HAD HAPPENED!!!"
