"As a family with two children, we booked the hotel on trip.com and also received an email confirming that we had booked a four-bed room for one night with two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the hotel only received confirmation that two adults were sleeping in the four-bed room. We then had to pay another €100 for our two young children, a 100% surcharge. This booking error was neither our fault nor that of the hotel. Unfortunately, the boss who came on the phone was in no way accommodating and didn't accommodate us at all in terms of price, so we had to pay solely for trip.com's mistake. We cannot recommend Trip.com., but we can only recommend the hotel to a limited extent due to the attitude of the hotel manager."

This is a fabulous family run hotel where the customer service goes beyond the provision of a wonderful customer experience. You can expect to be treated as a welcome guest, not simply a paying customer. It's hard to define what makes the difference other than to say that it's not what you do but the way that you do it that counts. If feeling truly welcome throughout your stay is important to you then I can't recommend Hotel Menge highly enough."
