"The hostel is in a small street near the center of the city. You only have to walk some 7-8 minutes from the stop Parque viejo of the bus 22 (on weekdays). The nearest stop of the excursion buses is at a distance of 20-25 minutes walking. Supermarket and small bay with restaurants nearby.
I had a double room with bath.
The facilities in the room are very basic but with abundance of place for the clothes and suitcases. Nice terrasse on the third floor. Nights can be noisy if the people in the rooms around are noisy.
Only real problem is the baths, whose floor absorbs the humidity of the shower."

"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc
Would recommend especially for price and value."

"This is a good hotel with very high standards of cleanliness. There is a lot of choice at breakfast and the hot options vary each day. It gets very busy sometimes, even though the staff do their best to clear the tables quickly.
Reception staff are variable in their level of friendliness. Some are more welcoming than others.
The rooms with balconies to the side of the hotel overlook a very busy and noisy road which I wouldn’t want to stay in again. Fine if you are not bothered by traffic noise.
There is a pool and a small gym which a lot of hotels don’t offer."

"The property has an excellent location, close to the area of typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet. The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only ”flaw” that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!"

"Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!"

"this hotel is perfect if you want easy way to get to airport the next day. there is a bus stop 5 min walk away, the buses connect all the island. the staff are efficient and polite. they helped me print my boarding pass at no charge. I didn't try the dinner buffet(half a dozen dishes)but looked good for about 18 euros. there is a big map of arrecife on the wall that you can photo and use to get around the city. we had a sea view room,recommended the view is nice."

"The booking was easy to find.
Either was lacking or overlooked by me regarding booking information (parking reservation) otherwise the accomodation was great! Clean and great location, easy to find, easy to access. VERY WELL EQUIPPED including within the kitchen!
Overall great experience, Initially was confusing how to access the building but after a short call with the team everything was very straightforward!
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the accomodation is in a great location in the ”middle” of the island from where it is really easy to drive around Southern or Nothern parts of the island!"

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This great apartment was completed in 2018. All furniture is new. The kitchen is completely equipped. It has a large living room with a huge television and very comfortable furniture.
The whole house is very bright. It is as seen in the photos.
