"BEWARE, THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED TO PUBLIC STAYS! IHG accepted and confirmed a reservation for this hotel, but when we rolled up in the taxi we discovered it had been closed for three years, and was being used as a shelter for illegal immigrants. IHG and Holiday Inns is still showing this hotel as available on their web sites, as of this writing! Good thing the taxi driver smelled a rat, and waited while we checked things out, then drove us around Ashford until we found a hotel that would take us immediately for 3 nights!"

"Highly Recommend -Exceptional Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to stay at the Premier Inn Ashford Central for work due to some last-minute schedule changes and desperately needed an early check-in around 9:00 AM. After struggling to arrange it online and over the phone, I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit stressed. The team here was incredible. I spoke with the receptionist and a member of the maintenance staff, both of whom were incredibly helpful and understanding. They sorted everything out for me immediately with absolutely no fuss. Since I had a very early start, they also went the extra mile to ensure I wasn't disturbed while I caught up on some much-needed sleep. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very tidy. I can't thank the team enough for making a stressful work trip so much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel and this fantastic team to anyone staying in the area!"
