"When we first entered the room, the key card wasn't working when we inserted it. We went downstairs to find the front desk staff, who tried to help us, but it still didn't work. They accidentally opened it, then gave us another card and told us not to touch it. The overall environment was very nice, with a balcony and a comfortable terrace. Just a heads up, although it says the table area is free, only the tray area is free; everything else is chargeable. They'll count the charges before you check out, so be sure to check in early."

"The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the main square and surrounded by an area where there is streets with no cars and all kinds of shops , restaurants and coffee / tea cafes. Our room was spacious and very clean with good beds and we received daily water and tea/ coffee. We had a small balcony with a table and chairs. The breakfast does not have a big variety , but it was more than enough and always fresh and the lady who served there was very helpfull. I think the hotel is more for Turkish business people as very little English is spoken , but all the staff will try and help you and we had no problems. If you want to explore the ancient sites in this area then the Kabacam is a great place to stay."
