"Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan."

"Boasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. "The room was great and booking was super easy. After arriving in Busan by KTX, I took a taxi to the hotel. The entrance was easy to find. I just showed the front desk my email confirmation code, filled out a form, and then checked in. (A note on the form: they require a credit card for the deposit, but since I didn't have a Visa or similar card, I just paid 100,000 Korean Won, which was refunded immediately upon check-out). There are time restrictions for early check-in, but the check-in and check-out times are clearly stated in the email, and the front desk staff also confirmed them when I arrived. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic! ❤️ The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. You can also take the Crystal Cable Car for scenic views. I booked this hotel last minute, so all the ocean-view rooms were taken, but even our city-view room offered a glimpse of the sea. There's a convenience store downstairs, as well as local eateries, which was really handy."

"Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. However, the vanity area doesn't have a door and is quite close to the main entrance, so you need to be mindful of privacy. They've thoughtfully placed a reminder sticker about this. Cleanliness: It was clean. But the balcony glass wasn't clean😭 I even braved the cold early in the morning to try and wipe it down so I could photograph the sunrise from inside. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this in the future, then it would be perfect. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter. I hope all my fellow Chinese travelers have a great time in Busan! Busan is good!"

"Everything was perfect! I'd read reviews saying the front desk staff weren't always present, but they were there during the hours I used the service. I was a bit anxious checking in as I don't speak Japanese, but they spoke English slowly and clearly, and I understood everything perfectly. (I think they might use a translation app, which is a good idea.) The room was exactly like the photos, but even more comfortable than I imagined – I absolutely loved it! I almost didn't want to leave the hotel, it was so nice. So, instead of having a break at a cafe, I brought everything back to the hotel for tea time. Because the view is just incredible! You can see Busan Tower right from the room! My kids were also thrilled with the spacious room, spending time on the balcony and rolling around. I stayed for two nights, but apparently, room cleaning only starts from three nights or more. However, they hung fresh towels on the doorknob, so it was no problem at all. I definitely want to stay here again! *Ü*"

"We stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day."

"View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare."

"This was the most satisfying accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Busan. The room was kept clean, and the ocean view directly from the balcony was truly impressive. Getting around was convenient as you could take the cable car right below the building, and the area was great for sightseeing with many great restaurants nearby. Gamcheon Culture Village was also close by, making the sightseeing route very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Busan!"

"New CZ Nampo is incredibly well-located, right by Jagalchi Station (subway line 1, exit 7). Step outside and you're on Gwangbok-ro and Gwangbok Fashion Street. The International Market, Kkangtong Market, and Jagalchi Market are all nearby, making the location absolutely perfect. It’s truly a 10/10 for location. This is an apartment-style hotel. Amenities include towels, water, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and bar soap. Fresh towels and water are delivered to your door daily. Housekeeping is provided every three days for consecutive stays. Initially, I was a bit worried about not having daily cleaning, but I soon realized that with an apartment-style hotel, I actually preferred the privacy and comfort of not having staff enter the room for cleaning. While some of the in-room equipment isn't recommended for safety reasons, the TV already has various streaming platforms installed, and all the LG smart appliances (AC, underfloor heating, electronic wardrobe) are excellent. The front desk staff are professional and friendly, which made our entire trip, from check-in to check-out, very smooth. The room type we stayed in was the Royal Penthouse Terrace Busan Tower, and we could indeed see Busan Tower from the room. The small balcony also offered a perfect view of the sunrise. For reference, these photos were taken from the 7th floor. I highly recommend the front desk staff's service attitude and smooth communication. I was also particularly pleased with the mattress – it was just the right balance of soft and firm, no sinking – and the comfortable height of the bar and counter design. If you want to experience traditional Korean market culture, stock up at Lotte Super, shop at Lotte Department Store, see the ocean at Huinnyeoul Culture Village nearby, or enjoy coffee in Yeongdo, then you absolutely must try staying at New CZ Nampo."

"Easy to find and smooth checkin. Great location. Across the road from the beach. Had a great view of the beridge and drone show from our  balcony and the beautiful sunrise each morning. Lots of great bars , restaurants and convenience stores in the areas. Metro and buses are easy walking distance.  Bed was comfortable. They provided towels each day and cleaned once per 4 day stay, which is fine. Bathroom is tiny. Need to suck in your stomach to get in shower and close the door . No bath towels provided just small hand towels which was manageable . Unit has a cloth washing machine . It would have been nice to be provided some fdetergent but you can get some at the convenience store across the street. There is one power outlet in the whole place but they provide you a long extension cord."
