Hot Springs Hotels in Busan

"This was the most satisfying accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Busan. The room was kept clean, and the ocean view directly from the balcony was truly impressive. Getting around was convenient as you could take the cable car right below the building, and the area was great for sightseeing with many great restaurants nearby. Gamcheon Culture Village was also close by, making the sightseeing route very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Busan!"

"We stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day."

"Took the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed."

"Situated directly in front of Gwangalli Beach, the hotel's location alone is enough to make it truly satisfying. The room windows offer breathtaking ocean views, and it was incredibly convenient to wake up and head straight out for a morning stroll along the beach. I particularly recommend the ocean view rooms. Being able to relax to the soothing sound of the waves put me in a fantastic mood throughout my entire trip."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."

"It was the beginning of a fun trip to Busan. If you don't include hot springs in your itinerary in Busan, it's not a close distance that you have to go to. It's the most inland area in Busan. I wanted to rest my tired body from everyday life and start my schedule in Busan, so I booked a 5-star hotel 'Nongshim Hotel' located in the Dongrae Hot Spring area on the first day to take a hot spring bath. The room I used was a modern deluxe room (a room that had been remodeled), and as a special benefit for guests, I was given a voucher for 2 people to use the large hot spring bath called 'Heosimcheong'. You can receive it when you check in, and you can use it until 2 PM on the day of check-out. The fact that there is hot spring water in the bathroom in the room means that you can take a hot spring bath even if you don't go to the large bath! Even though there was no special view, when you entered the room where every nook and cranny was cleaned to the very bottom of the bed, you could definitely feel the 5-star feeling, and when you looked at the small details (ex. mosquito repellent provided, etc.), you could feel that the meticulous management and maintenance were consistently carried out enough to compensate for the long years of use, so it was a hotel where you could enjoy a comfortable rest. There is not only a space to unpack your luggage, but also a table with enough space for two people to eat by having food delivered or packed. If you are planning a hot spring rest in Dongrae, Busan, I strongly recommend Hotel Nongshim!"

"It's not bad. It's more like a motel than a hotel. It's affordable, centrally located in the hot springs area, and offers great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a great place for breakfast."

"Pros: Affordable accommodations with free breakfast. Popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and the beach are all within a 10-30 minute drive. The hotel is clean, spacious, and has a bidet. The bedding is comfortable and fluffy, and the pillows and blankets are comfortable. The air conditioning works well. The room isn't too dark due to the lack of lighting. The dining table and chairs make it convenient for ordering food. It's a great value for money accommodation. The breakfast is just what you need, and it's perfect for coffee and sandwiches. It's a delicious and simple meal. Clean and the vegetables are fresh. Cons: Located far from the beach or Banwha Beach. No restaurants nearby. The train passes by. There's only a factory nearby. The windows offer a view of the factory. The refrigerator doesn't work."

"Facing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day. Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container .... However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese."
