"My experience at Yue Wei Zhi Rong Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star recommendation! The ambiance is elegant and grand, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The soundproofing and natural light were excellent. The service was warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, it was consistently thoughtful with great attention to detail. The location is convenient, making travel a breeze, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I felt both safe and comfortable during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again. Both the front desk staff and the manager were top-notch in terms of quality and service. Highly recommend!"

"The clean and comfortable room environment makes people feel relaxed, and the meticulous room arrangement and convenient facilities arrangement fully reflect the importance of the needs of guests. The front desk staff is always smiling and enthusiastic to assist, whether it is consultation or check-in, it is efficient and smooth. The location of the hotel is usually more convenient, and the surrounding transportation and living facilities are complete, providing a lot of convenience for business or leisure travel."

"Feeling quite lucky we chose YUEWEI SMART HOTEL. We were traveling with our kids from Shijiazhuang, and the hotel let us check in around 10 AM. The front desk staff kindly gave our little one a set of children's toiletries. So thoughtful! They even upgraded our room. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the sink was spacious with plenty of room for toiletries. There was also a small tea table, which was very convenient. Finally, the hotel's breakfast buffet deserves a special mention – a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and the pastries were really nice! All in all, the stay was a great experience!"

"The room was quite clean and the bed was soft, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk lady was very friendly and check-in was quick. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was great for late-night snacks. Overall, it's excellent value for money and perfect for business trips or short stays. I'd definitely choose this place again next time! 🌟 🌟"

"The hotel's facilities are quite good, though there aren't many elevators, leading to long waits. The service, however, left me speechless. I was initially told that my two rooms could be on the same floor, only to be informed half an hour later that it wasn't possible. Also, if a room is registered to only one person, you only get one key card, which meant I couldn't access another floor. When I registered my child's ID later that evening to get another key card, the previous card was deactivated. Getting a replacement key card was more complicated and took longer than the initial check-in process. To top it off, all key cards stopped working the next day... This is the first time I've encountered such baffling service and policies."

"Clean, reasonable price. Worth a visit, it will give you a different experience. Very clean, the service is very good. So it is worth a visit, you can experience it, and you will feel it is worth it after the experience."

"First off: The location is great, with two large shopping malls and a big supermarket nearby. Shopping is super convenient. Then: The service was very warm and friendly. The front desk staff, LQN, patiently introduced me to the local specialty restaurants. Finally: The hygiene was excellent, the facilities were new, and the bedding was very comfortable. I highly recommend it for families with children!👍"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"Very good value for money hotel! The room is spacious, well equipped, air conditioning and hot water are very powerful. The sanitation is in place, there is no smell and dead ends. The staff is kind and responsive. There is a convenience store downstairs, convenient for travel and shopping, suitable for short-term business trips or travel."
