"Hotel is a short easy walk of 7-8min from the Lucerne train station.. stayed in a comfortable room with 4 beds and comfortable space for 1 night. Few steps at entrance to Lobby which will need to be a consideration for anyone who needs wheelchair accessibility
Nonetheless, the lovely chirpy receptionist on duty proactively helped us with 1 of the luggage which was a nice gesture. Check in was welcoming... Bathroom was comfortable and clean, bed as well. Only unfortunate thing was the next door started knocking some renovation/works at 8am in the morning... Other than that everything else was lovely. ."

"Stepping into the room felt like being back in a school dorm, with bunk beds. The lower bunk was a bit cramped above my head, making it easy to hit my head. As it's a 1-star budget hotel, they don't provide tissues, a kettle, or a hairdryer. The transportation is relatively convenient; directly across the street is a bus stop for bus number 4, which takes you directly to Lucerne train station in three stops. Next to the bus stop is a Thai restaurant. I tried their curry rice, and it was quite good. This restaurant took over from the previous Chinese restaurant, Panda, so be aware that many apps haven't updated this information yet. It's much cheaper to buy water at Denner, which is opposite the restaurant; a 1L bottle of mineral water costs 0.5 Swiss francs, which is significantly cheaper than at the Ibis front desk."

"I recently stayed at Lucerne Capsule Hotel and had a mixed experience. The amenities provided were genuinely great — modern, convenient, and thoughtfully designed for travelers. Parking was also easy, with a parking facility available at the building next door, which made arrival and sel check-in very smooth.
However, the biggest downside was the cleanliness of the room. My capsule and surrounding area had quite a lot of dust, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. With better housekeeping, this place could easily be a much stronger option for visitors.
Overall, it’s a decent stay with good facilities, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement."

"Right next to Lucerne train station, you can see it as soon as you step out. All of Lucerne's main attractions are nearby, and there was even a light show on the evenings we were there. The hotel sends a code via email that you can use for public transportation, but we didn't end up using it as we walked to all the main sights. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants right around the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and incredibly nice. All in all, very satisfied."

"Location was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift."

"The hotel is super convenient, right next to the train station, just a 2-minute walk away. There's also a supermarket directly across the street. A big plus is that they provide a city transport pass, which makes getting around a breeze. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Definitely a great place to stay!"

KKakakaka1111This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards.
When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

However, the price is a bit high; compared to hotels in China costing 300-500 yuan, the rooms are a bit smaller, but I suppose that's acceptable for Switzerland. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth staying here. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel with antique decoration and a small elevator. The view of Lake Lucerne is just outside the room window. The breakfast is good. Parking is not very convenient. You cannot park at the door of the hotel. There is a social parking lot opposite that charges a fee (temporary parking is free). There are two hotel-specific parking spaces, but they are often not available. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After checking in, the front desk will inform you of the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, and you can park for free.

AAnonymous UserThe space is quite large and well-designed, without feeling cheap. The lighting is a bit dim, but that's common in Switzerland, and the lighting design here is actually quite good. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, which works perfectly. The only downside is navigating a lot of stairs with luggage in the old town.
