"1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 2-minute walk from the train station: turn left, then left again, and cross the road.
2. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, which is rare for Europe. Everyone takes a banana on their way out after breakfast, it's pretty much a given, and no one bats an eye. 😂
3. The room is spacious enough for two people. We were a family of three, and they added an extra small bed for us.
4. The hotel facilities, decor, and service attitude are all very good.
5. Check-out is at 11 AM.
Aside from being a bit pricey, everything else was perfect. We stayed during the October holiday, 3 people, including breakfast, at 4500 per night. Breakfast is definitely a must-have, as eating out could be even more expensive. Food, trains, and accommodation are all expensive in Switzerland."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station. It's less than a 5-minute walk; just turn left after exiting the station and cross the road. Upon checking in and arriving at my room, I was surprised to find the door wide open, the windows also wide open, and a trash can sitting on a chair. I went back to the front desk to inquire if the room was still being cleaned. I was told it had already been cleaned, and I was instructed to simply move the trash can myself. Having stayed in numerous hotels both domestically and internationally, this was a first for me. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. However, the amenities are quite basic; there's no mini-fridge or electric kettle. Furthermore, the curtains are just a sheer layer, with no blackout option, which definitely affected my sleep."

"The room was arranged on the first floor. Because it is close to the lake, it has a musty smell. It is a bit noisy when the window is opened. However, the service staff allowed us to check in early, which is very humane. The location is in the center of the old town of Lucerne, and it takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the train station. It is still cost-effective."

"Location is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much."

"I stayed one night at Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town and had such a comfortable experience.
The check-in process was super simple and smooth. I had some trouble opening my locker (twice, actually!), but each time the staff was incredibly kind and patiently helped me without hesitation — their warm attitude really stood out.
My capsule was near the main door to the room, so I thought it might be noisy. But even when I was awake, I only noticed the sound of someone entering faintly, and I couldn’t hear anything while I was asleep. The capsules were impressively sound-insulated and felt very private and peaceful — which I know is something many capsule hotel guests care about.
The shared kitchen was also easy to use, with a microwave, dishes, pepper, and other basics available — a nice bonus for a short stay. One small note: the power outlet inside the capsule is a Type C only, so be sure to bring the right adapter if you need one.
The space was clean, modern, and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Lucerne. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station and major attractions. It's a perfect choice for a short stay. GGuest UserThis was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

TT.HeiLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

It's great to have a drink in the evening and the drinks are not expensive! In addition, the hotel will give you a welcome coupon that can be exchanged for any drink, which is a great value.

PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Switzerland.
