The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient.
Room & Housekeeping:
The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid.
Staff & Service:
Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training.
More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected.
Value for Money:
While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards.
