JJollieWe really liked it. The environment was great, the location was good, and the windows were soundproof. We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance. We were very satisfied. The service was excellent.

XXiaoGabrielThe hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.

LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

GGuest UserThe hotel offers a convenient location near the train station, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From a facilities standpoint, everything met expectations.
However, the service provided during the night shift was disappointing. Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area.
When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned.
It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers.

GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient, the hotel is quiet in a busy area, and the hotel breakfast and restaurant are excellent! The service staff is enthusiastic and responsive! The room is very stylish, but the lighting is a little dim and there is little storage space in the bathroom.

GGuest UserService: Super good. Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in!

GGuest UserI love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.
